  1. I really could use some help.My VT200 has crapped out on me. It would not hold a charge so I bought a new direct replacement cell but it eventually just gives me a check battery message. I was advised to preform a hard reboot on escribe,is this even possible? If so how do I go about it? I am a senior citizen so my computer skills are not the best but I finally figured out how to download escribe on my windows. I would be so grateful for what ever help anyone can give ,as now my expensive mod is little more than a paperweight.
  2. Thanks so much,I'll try what you've laid out for me. I envy the knowledge so many of the forum members have on tech issues and computer skills.I'm a 60 yr. old novice at best when it comes to all things computer, thank God for friends. Thanks again.
  3. My VT200 has crapped the bed on me.After having trouble charging the cell(it never really held a charge)I got my first warranty message so I purchased a direct replacement battery. After setting it at 11.1 on Escribe it did the same thing and was unchargeable after about a week.I'd like to send it in for warranty service but I can't get in touch w/ the vendor (Vape street)due to a security issue on line at their site.I also tried to contact Hcigar but they haven't responded to my request for an address to sent it to. Others have also had contact issues w/ Hcigar I've been told. I could really use some help.
  4. I have gotten the Warranty service message. When my battery failed (IT never held a charge from the get go) I bought a direct replacement cell, reinstalled Escribe and the battery failed again and I got the service message. Can any one advise me how to send it back for service? I contacted Hcigar but they never got back w/ an address to send it to for repair, very weak customer service.
  5. Sorry I took so long to reply but I still am having issues w/ my tablet.I looked at the lead (XT30)on the hobby king site but I need the opposite end .Would you know the name of that lead?I guess I need to try to get the Imax charger going as I'm still having issues w/ the charging on the VT200.I put a new Li-po in it and half the time I lose a third of the full charge as soon as I take 1 pull off it after I remove it from the charge cord.My initial cell that came W/ the unit did the same thing until it finally died.I set the new one on Escribe at 11.1,I thank you for the help you have given me.
  6. I own a Microsoft tablet w/ windows and have been unable to download Escribe to it.I have been told it isn't possible.Any ideas would be great.
  7. Thank you for the help. That seems to make sense.I'll see what I can come up with.As luck would have it I just dropped my tablet and the screen looks like Charlottes'Web. I'm a butterfingers as well as a techno boob so now I have to get another unit so I can continue on the "WEB".Thanks again.
  8. After my original stock LI-PO died in my VT200 I purchased a direct replacement cell (Hcigar) and a out board Imax B6 charger. The problem I'm having aside from being a 60yr. old techno-boob is I keep getting a "connection break"message I think because I don't know where to plug the wire(1 red and 1 black that has a yellow female connector) that would plug into the board of the mod.the other wire plugs into the 3 cell slot on the charger. The unit has 2 output jacks that accept RCA plugs that come with the unit but none have fittings to fit the battery out line.I'm at a loss and could use some guidance.
