  1. Even a set of batteries fresh out of an external battery charger are going to show a slight amp draw, so '0' amp draw will most likely never be seen...but, yes..leaving it plugged in longer will charge them a bit more
  2. And keep in mind that the % indicator you see on the screen of your device is only an estimation of the amount of charge in the battery, not an exact amount. What you are seeing is perfectly normal!
  3. Need more info....wire type & coils...a screen shot of your wire profile, 'Mod Tab' & Device Monitor while firing would be very helpful!
  4. Cool... Glad to hear ya got it working ..
  5. You can contact Lost Vape at....http:// http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com Or shoot Evolv a help ticket, they may be able to help ya sort it out...https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/?a=add
  6. Be sure to upload to device after loading the .ecig file into Escribe...
  7. Try re-loading the factory .ecig file...download the attached file...in Escribe, go to 'File>Open' & select the file...This is the factory file that came off of my Triade when new.... Triade_250.ecig
  8. Firmware? In Escribe, go to 'Tools>Apply Service Pack...click Ok & then choose 'DNA 250'...the latest firmware is 1.2.SP5
  9. I just tested the firmware update on my Triade...re-flashed & in the middle of the update, unplugged the cable...when I plugged it back in, Escribe restarted the update...you can try re-installing Escribe onto your computer...something in the software may have become corrupted...
  10. Have you tried plugging your USB cable into a different port or a different USB cable?
  11. Don't know if it will help, but you could always try re-flashing the firmware, worth a try...it sounds like the on-board fuse has blown, though...
  12. Did you, by chance, happen to accidentally install the batteries backwards?
  13. It sounds like, for some reason, the USB connection to your computer got disconnected while the update was underway...Try disconnecting device from USB, close out Escribe completely, reconnect device to USB & restart Escribe...Escribe should restart/continue the update...
  14. Could post a screen shot of the 'Mod' tab & Device Monitor?
  15. That does sound like the fire button is pinching the ribbon while firing...here is the response another user recently received from Evolv about his screen issue: Date: 2017-03-08 12:23:01Name:Nick Coutris Message: That issue will require a replacement screen to correct. It is caused by neglecting to tuck the screen ribbon cable away from the fire button when the device is manufactured. This causes the fire button to contact the screen cable every time the button is pressed causing the behavior you are now seeing and eventual failure. Unfortunately this is not something we would warranty, however we do have replacement screens available here on our website. Thanks, Nick Coutris Evolv, Inc
  16. In Escribe, click on Help>About Escribe...then click on the Evolv logo 7 times...then restart device monitor
  17. You're missing a lot of tabs...try restarting Escribe & put it back into Debug mode...
  18. Most vendors (where you bought it) have at least a 30 day warranty...in device monitor, what number is at 'Screen Disconnects'?
  19. You may have it in 'Stealth Mode'...
  20. It is showing '3' cells on your Device Monitor & the Therion only uses 2...on the 'Mod' tab, make sure it set for 2 cells
  21. You are going to need to supply some more info...atomizer type, wire, device...a screenshot of your wire profile, 'Mod' tab & 'Device Monitor' while firing the device would help too...the more info the better!!! Edit: On 'Device Monitor', be sure to tick off the 'Pack', 'Power', 'Power Set', 'Temperature', 'Temperature Set', 'Cold Ohms', 'Live Ohms' boxes...
  22. No problems...'Lithium Polymer' is the correct setting...
  23. The system takes a little time to allow you to download...try again later...
