  1. Looks like it is kicking out of TC into Power mode...I would check all my connections really good..very tight screws on deck..be sure 510 on both atty & mod are clean...maybe with some iso alcohol...at top of screen, go to 'Options>User Interface. & select manufacturer..it will give you more settings in the 'Mod' tab...need to see what everything else is set at...you will also be able to load battery curve .csv as well....below is the .csv for 2 LG HG2's... LG_HG2 (2)_18650_3000 mah_18.75 Wh.csv
  2. I can relate to that... Edit: I always have a spare set of batteries when I am out & about...just in case...
  3. Hi, could you post a few screen shots... 1.) Wire profile/settings screen 2.) Mod Tab screen 3.) Device Monitor while firing & having this issue...make sure you have 'Power', 'Power Set', 'Temperature', 'Temperature Set', 'Cold Ohms', 'Live Ohms' checked off... The 'Temperature Protected' message can be turned off under the 'Theme' tab...
  4. And if you have to return it to the vendor again, be sure to mention that if it was a software brick, which is almost impossible to do to a DNA board, it wouldn't have worked for 3 days...
  5. if it was bricked, nothing would come on Edit: At least this way you can tell them you re-applied the factory file...
  6. For some reason, the board is not seeing the #1 cell...could be a board issue, connection between the batteries & board...being you bought it from a local vendor, and it fairly new, your best bet would be to take it to them because it is still in warranty...it doesn't appear to be a software issue because I have the same device running the same software version. Here is the factory .ecig file it you want to give it a try... Therion_166.ecig Edit: Much better screenshot...
  7. need to see it with the batteries in...if you press 'PrtSc' on the keyboard then open Paint & paste...then 'save as' Edit: or you can use the 'Snipping Tool' in windows
  8. Great to hear everything worked out for ya...
  9. Not a problem...it's basically not a user fixable issue..you will need to return your device...
  10. @Wayneo...glad to hear you were able to get that to work for you. @Warpten...if you want to try the 'giz' method, there is thread that this is discussed in here.../topic/65594-topic/ beginning at post #72 I believe..This whole thread is a good read & will enlighten you to importance of setting the mod res...I have since found that instead of using a coil, just a short, 4in. to 6in. piece of wire seems to work better...I have used this on all my 250's & have validated the method on my 75's, which still can use the shorting plug, as well...
  11. That looks a lot better & more stable...having good stable connections is very important with the DNA devices. The non-DNA devices are more forgiving & not nearly as accurate. Have you run a test for the mod resistance yet? Having the mod res set correctly will also help. Edit: Scratch the mod res test...forgot there is an issue with testing the 2xx devices with the software. Just check the mod resistance in the mod tab & make sure it has a value in the .003 - .006 range.
  12. It looks like your live ohms are fluctuating, which usually an indication of a loose or bad connection somewhere within the atomizer or between the atty & mod...try double checking all screws, etc. on the coils..also make sure the 510 pins on the attys are tight... & clean the 510 pins & threads with iso alcohol...
  13. LG_HG2 (1)_18650_3000 mah_10 Wh.csv
  14. Wasn't this addressed in a different thread yesterday? ...'DNA250 suddenly won't charge'
  15. Puff number limit...is this not counting? And what to count? Edit: Maybe I am missing something...
