  1. Have you tried a different battery? Also, check the battery contacts in the device...clean them well with alcohol & make sure they are making good contact with the battery...plenty of pressure...
  2. The voltage sag on you Device Monitor screen shot...what is the lowest point (voltage).
  3. What is the voltage at the lowest point on the graph?
  4. What is your 'Cell Soft Cutoff' set at in the 'Mod' tab?
  5. A lot depends on the quality of wire as well..I have had some that worked better on the 316 curve..some on the 316L curve & some that even worked better on the 304 curve. The beauty of the DNA devices is the ability to fine tune it to ones preferences!!!
  6. Screen shot of the 'Mod' tab & Atomizer Analyzer...
  7. For the issue we were trying to solve, the stock profile works fine. The 'L' designates the wire as a surgical grade wire. There is a slight difference in the TCR & curve, but very minute... @SinCo_Sam, if you want to, you can load the 316L profile from Steam Engine...this is it here... DNA200-SS_316-SteamEngine.csv...
  8. On my 250, I can get it down to .008 before I get the ?. Set up with a small piece of Ti. Run analyzer. Open Mod tab. Overlay the analyzer window on the mod tab, take a screen shot & post it. The Max Peak & Sustained Input are in the screen shots I posted... Edit: Put the mod in TC mode
  9. The battery indicator flashing is the 'Check Battery' message...Can you post a screen shot of 'Device Monitor' in Escribe & of the 'Mod' tab? Edit: Device Monitor screen shot while firing the device...check 'Pack', 'Power' , 'Power Set' , 'Cold Ohms' , 'Live Ohms'
  10. Glad ya got it straightened out...
  11. The calculator in Escribe usually gives a higher value than the true value...running the battery analyzer is the only way to get the proper Wh's...
  12. Those Wh's sound almost double what they should be for 2 cells...I believe the factory Wh settings for the vt167 is 18 & the finder is 22.2, which is a little high...18-19 is normal for 2 18650's...here is the .csv file for your batteries...load it into Escribe on the 'Mod' tab & set the Wh's for 19 & see if that helps... Sony_VTC5a (2)_18650_3000 mah_19.96 Wh.csv Edit: Be sure to upload to device after the changes...
  13. And you have everything tight on the build? 510 pin is clean & tight? Try taking just a short piece of wire (not coil) & wire it across the deck...then try the test again...here is what I got doing this (just now)...had to use my 75 to use the plug, but the results should be the same on your 250...
  14. If there was that big of a difference, then something ain't right somewhere...what kind of atty, wire, coil build, etc...are you using?
  15. In case you are in need of it, here is the factory .ecig file... Switchbox DNA75.ecig
  16. No, you don't have to run the analyzer again, just change the value & upload to device....good to go...
  17. I have the cutoff on all my 250's, with 18650's, set at 2.8...less chance of getting a weak battery indication (flashing battery icon)..
