About This File

Supports DNA250c and DNA75c, and Replay on both of those chips. Now you can choose from two different UI from the settings page.

You need the latest international firmware 1.1 SP33.2 INT (included with EScribe Suite 2.0 SP15) on your DNA75c for it to work.

Note:

The status messages, like temp protected or atomizer short etc. are only displayed when firing.

Press the fire button to exit the menu or any other page that doesn't have a back button.

I hope you guys like it!

What's New in Version 2.2.0   See changelog

Released

  • You can use replay now with any coil material.

What's New in Version 2.1.0

  • Enable/Disable replay from the Atomizer Profile screen. Forgot this one from my to-do list.

Major version 2.0.0 - Everyone should update!

There has been a lot of new development in the recent weeks. This is a major update and everyone should update, especially anyone running 1.5.0 or lower.

  • The theme incorporated two main screen UI since 1.6.0. Material UI has been made the default UI, and the old UI is now called Classic UI. You can enable Classic UI from the settings.
  • Lock screen now shows the charging/power bank current when plugged in. There is also a new gauge when using the mod as a power bank.
  • Atomizer Profile and New Atomizer Detect screens have been majorly overhauled. You can fire from the Atomizer Profile screen again.
  • Atomizer Profile screen now lets you adjust the Pre-heat power.
  • On the Atomizer Profile screen you can adjust the Pre-heat temperature either via a Punch gauge or via a Temperature field. You can switch between them with the new toggle. For more information see the UI reference picture below.
  • Atomizer lock feature is now available in all types of profiles. Previously it was only available in TC profiles. This decision was made because EScribe lets you lock resistance in any profile, and sometimes it's necessary to lock the resistance in mods with a spotty 510 connection.
  • Bugfix: Mystery click from "coil power" to "cancel replay" while replaying has been eliminated.
  • Various other tweaks throughout the theme.

What's New in Version 1.6.1

  • USB connection status added to lock screen. Thanks @retird

What's New in Version 1.6.0

  • Gauges now has two different UI for the main page. I've incorporated elements from the Material-ish themes on to the Gauges theme. Thanks @BlindBuck for the idea!
You can enable the Material-ish UI elements by going to System > Settings and enabling "Material-ish"
  • Minor refinements of the various gauges and variables on the main page.

What's New in Version 1.5.0

DNA75c now supports replay!

DNA75c now supports replay with the new international firmware 1.1 SP33.2 INT. As such I no longer need to maintain two separate versions of the theme. You can flash the same Gauges 1.5.0 theme file on both DNA250c and DNA75c.

You have to have 1.1 SP33.2 INT firmware flashed on your DNA75c device for this theme to work.

  • Made a few compatibility related tweaks.

User Feedback

Recommended Comments

@Vapin What kind of additional control and  TC specs would you like to see? If you click on the set temperature under the blue bar it'll let you adjust the temperature. If you click on atty it'll take you to the atomizer screen where you can change the power, temperature and pre-heat settings, as well as set or measure atomizer resistance.

This theme is based on the default theme. The default theme had no option to lock resistance as far as I recall. It didn't cross my mind to put an option for it in there because I never use resistance lock in TC.

I'll put it on there if I can find the room for it, without making the theme too cluttered.

Thanks for your feedback :)

Edit: Added an ohm lock button in the Atomizer screen in version 1.1.2 that just released.

Thanks for the reply Tim,

I would like to see System, Live Info, I am a TC Vaper.  Thanks for the ohm lock!

I think your Theme is one of the best looking, nice design, love the large Main Screen.

Thanks.

Thanks I appreciate it.

Can you point me to other themes that display that sort of information? Or perhaps screenshots of those info displayed on your current theme?

If by Live Info you mean puff information including the graph, you can see that from SYS -> Puff Info. You can even fire from that screen.

If you mean you want to see the current temperature, resistance and power being delivered at any point during the puff, the graphs and numbers are updated live on the main screen.

It would be also nice to be able to change the material on the profile-screen like many other themes offer...

Great idea and nice theme but I also would like some more controls like the material mentioned above.

Ahh I see. I myself mostly use the main screen, to check battery percentage and watts/resistance. Anything beyond that I use escribe, and that happens once in a blue moon.

I wasn't aware that a good portion of the users use the mod to do all these things.  I'll update the theme in a few days with the features that it's missing.

Thank you guys for letting me know!

Hey guys I updated the theme (v 1.2.0)  with the features you asked for.

You can change the material of the profile via the atomizer screen.

You can see live puff info, last puff info, graph etc.

Let me know what I'm missing. Thank you for using the theme :D

Hi, loving the theme but can you please fix the resistance menu? It's buggy and I don't see what I'm clicking into. It will only show correct menu when screwing new atty.

Hmm, I think that was from the old version. Not sure I updated or not when taking that picture. It fixed now by the look of it. Just ignore the my last post.

one of my fav designs so far!

in system > settings: the puffs #field is to small & date maybe too ...

edit:

when using it in wattage mode you could use voltage for the blue bar instead of nothing ...

@blue_moon979 Thanks man! I really appreciate it :)

The resistance listed under the blue bar will lead to that screen. If there's no atty attached, or if it's not making solid connection you'll get that screen. If it pops up on it's own and it's blank then I'm not sure what's going on.

@realdigital That's a great idea about graphing voltage. I'll do that in the next version. Thanks!

I do agree about the field being too small. It still works withing wrapping so I didn't really try to change it up. That screen will probably get an overhaul in a future version.

You say at the beginning of your intro " All the graphs and numbers should update while firing ". I only get the numbers for power/temperature updating when firing, the graphs are static. The graphs update when I change the value of power/temperature. I was just wondering if anyone else had this. I am using EScribe Suite 2.0 SP12/ firmware 1.1 SP27 (International Edition) if that makes a difference.

The other numbers and graphs update too when you fire. But their changes are so small you can't notice it in the graphs.

If anyone finds a bug in this theme in a DNA250c device please let me know. Everything should work, but I don't have one to test it out to be sure.

Hi Tim,

I see that 100W is showing on the VT75D, which firmware version are you using, 26 or 27?

I'm using 1.1 = 27 on a VT75D and not able to to get it to work in escribe.

Unfortunately it's the theme designer generated screenshot. I heard of this international firmware that let's the 75c get to 100w, but I'm not using that. I max out at 75w.

Good afternoon! Under the firmware 1_1_SP27_INT.sw-service will update?

Good morning! Yeah that should be good, that's the exact firmware I have on my VT75D.
