KTMRider Posted June 27, 2015 Author Report Posted June 27, 2015 Looks like some the gang from ECF is here. I can't wait to get my grubby little hands on a DNA200. I have 2 boards ordered and will be ordering a VS DNA200 when its available. I like building mods but I like using a finished product too
mandro Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 Hi KTMRider I also followed the link on ECF. I've got a DNA200 on order but I think that it will be weeks before I've got a working mod built. I've had great success with evolv boards in my DIY mods and expect the same from the 200.
Alexander Mundy Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 Yep, I'm here also. Looking forward to the software side. Hopefully there will be a DNA
retird Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 Hello everybody. Looking forward to this forum being populated with a lot of information and a place to share.
KTMRider Posted June 27, 2015 Author Report Posted June 27, 2015 My collection of DNA40's (and a rogue SXM)SXM, rDNA40, DNA40, Hana mini clone with DNA40 lg screen and 18650, Hana V4, Cloupor DNA40 lg screen, Cloupor DNA40 sm screen
Podunk Steam Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 Still lurking the ECF here, well there anyway. This is great to see, a place to exchange and gather information, Thanks Evolv!

Podunk Steam Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 Do Lipos bend much? I'm kind of considering making my own quick change lipo hard packs from another extrusion although the jury is still out. I thought the Dovpo GX 200 was a dead ringer for a DNA200 mod but I missed a measurement and doubt I'll be going that direction now. The battery I have on the way just makes it a bit tight. I'm sure there'll be a few variations on 3D prints going around that should be cool.
vegabob Posted June 28, 2015 Report Posted June 28, 2015 Just thought I would say hello I have been an Evolv lover since the Darwin days. Bob Lewis is my real name. Loving how the DNA200 looks so far. I have an Opus DNA200 on order to see how this work.

Lezil Posted June 29, 2015 Report Posted June 29, 2015 Hello everyone, Lezil here for texas, evolv is doing a great job as always, cant wait to see how this progresses
Littlefeather Posted June 29, 2015 Report Posted June 29, 2015 Well they said to say Hello! So I did! Hello! Nice to see some many folks getting to play with this new toy.
VapingBad Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Just a vaper from the UK that has built myself 4 DNAs, I'll add a pic.I am very impressed that John and Brandon have been getting involved on here as it must be crazy busy there ATM. 75x68x22mm
John Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Well, we feel like we didn't do as good as job with this sort of thing as we should have with the 40.
VapingBad Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Well I did try and help at the time lol, I love the 40, but had to learn it all the hard way. But, this forum and the interactive training are excellent ideas and think you are setting a new standard now.
KTMRider Posted June 30, 2015 Author Report Posted June 30, 2015 John said:Well, we feel like we didn't do as good as job with this sort of thing as we should have with the 40. Yeah, most of the info I got was from youtube videos (some with you and Brandon!) and ecf. The biggest problem I see with the DNA40 is that people just expect what they expect and if they don't get that result, they blame the chip when in fact it's doing exactly what it's supposed to. From what I've seen so far, the documentation for the DNA200 is amazing! I can't wait to get my grubby little hands on one. Or three.
John Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Well, with the 200 they can see exactly what it is doing, and if it is doing something they don't like they can change it. If it is doing something actually wrong, we can fix it. That's really the major difference with the 200 over the 40. And, of course, five times the power.
malcbzt Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Hey, my name is Mihael, I am also from Croatia, Eu. Brandon helped me a lot and now for thanking him I managed to get three of my friends to buy this board. Since battery and board costs same as an evic or some other shit, I think this is best buy.
