  1. Can you post a screen shot of the 'Mod' tab in Escribe & one of 'Device Monitor'...
  2. Here are a couple, as close as I could find to that font...2 of each with different size of the font...
  3. You were absolutely on the right track, floating pins on atty's have been causing quite a few folks problems lately...good to hear they have addressed the issue...
  4. Kudos to LV for customer service... You do know that the Temp Protect is just a message letting you know you have reached your set temp, and not an error...you can turn it off in Escribe...Enjoy your DNA...
  5. Did they say what was wrong?
  6. Smok TFV atty's are known to cause issues due to the floating pin in the base...especially in TC mode...I got rid of all mine because of the floating pin..nothing but a PITA...although it could be an issue with the 510 as well, but....and the screen issue shouldn't have anything to do with it...
  7. Double check the connection of the screen ribbon to the board...make sure it is properly aligned in the socket...
  8. You can submit suggestions to Evolv here....a lot of the features available today started off as suggestions... https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=5
  9. It happens....
  10. Can you post a screenshot of your 'Mod' tab?
  11. Are you in the 'Manufacturer' UI?
  12. Sony_VTC5a (3)_18650_2600 mah_26.219 Wh.csv
  13. You can download it here... http://lostvape.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Therion166.ecig_.zip
  14. Now then, be sure to keep that factory file & if need be...well now ya know what to do... And would recommend that once you get all your settings back to the way you want them, save a copy of that .ecig file...
  15. Cool...glad ya got it going...
  16. It does matter...when it is set for 3 cells, that's telling the Mod there should be 3 cells & when the mod doesn't see the proper voltage for the 3rd cell, it won't work properly. We see this a lot when people inadvertently hit the 'Restore Defaults' in Escribe on a 133 or 166 device & it loads the Evolv defaults, which is for the 200 or 250... Edit: Just changing it from 3 cells to 2 cells would probably make it work, but why not get the factory file loaded, then you will be back to out of the box state...even with the VT133 welcome screen...
  17. Yup....looks like it probably has the Evolv default 200 config file loaded, which is configured for 3 cells by default ...device is looking for a cell that doesn't exist...
  18. Maybe try reloading the factory .ecig file...here it is if he doesn't have it.. Hcigar_VT_133.ecig
  19. What kind of mod do you have?
  20. Download this file... Finder_250.ecig In Escribe, go to 'File>Open' & select the file you downloaded...then 'Upload Settings To Device'
  21. Guess you missed that the quote was from Wikipedia as well... At the end of the day, for the DNA 2xx devices, Lithium Polymer is the correct setting, in Escribe, for the Li-ion 18650 cells. You can always make a request to Evolv about changes/features in future updates to Escribe, but for now, it's what we got...
  22. It is a lot different, take your time, do plenty of reasearch...there are a lot of great atomizers out there...get to know the device in power mode & then once you get comfortable with it, start experimenting with TC. The main thing is, when going to TC, don't get discouraged...There is a lot of great info here on the Forum & other resources...Here is a link to an interactive training guide by Evolv that may help you in learning the DNA & the Escribe software....Escribe Interactive Training Course
