I got a Lost Vape Triade DNA 200 in a trade and it worked fine at first and now it is saying check battery...I know for a fact the batteries are 100% charged and are literally brand new LG HE4's that I received yesterday and when I plug it into a USB it will not charge either...any advice?

I got this DX200 a week ago and just recently started having this problem. I dunno what to do cause I got in a trade. Dunno if there is anyway to see if it's the board or the fire button stuck..any advice please!
