  1. The graph looks fine except for the difference in battery sag on cell 2 and 1 while firing, and the difference in battery voltage of each cell. Switching the batteries around still showed more battery sag on cell 2 and still showed less voltage at cell 1. Thus, I think we can rule out the batteries as a possible issue. I assume the battery posts are clean on the batteries and sled and making a good connection. Thus there is something amiss in the device and you have contacted Lost Vape. The device graph shows the device is still vaping good. There are several things that can cause this but all would require opening the device to check so why not just let Lost Vape guide you.... I would hang on to the graphs you posted as they would be good info to give to Lost Vape showing it doesn't seem to be a battery issue but could be a wiring, battery sled, poor soldering, or even a board issue.
  2. Can you post a picture of the internals of the device showing the board wiring and sled wiring etc. Also you wired the battery balance wiring for 2 cells instead of 3 cells, right??
  3. Switch battery positions in the device..... take out batteries and change places with them.....fire again and post screenshot like the one you just posted....
  4. Sounds like you may have just purchased a used device with a broken dna board in it.... ... WarrantyService' usually means that there is a problem that is not user repairable..
  5. Do you still have the ecig file you downloaded on January 29? It worked for you then....
  6. Soft cell cutoff is to protect your batteries and your setting is just fine.... is your device now set back to 2 cells? Any difference?
  7. All Lost Vape mods come with a full six month factory warranty. This warranty covers factory defects or malfunction. Opening the device can void the warranty..... your issue could be many things....most of which would require opening the device. See link in my sig line below for warranty or repair....
  8. Which device do you have or did you make your own device?
  9. Interesting article about camera accuracy..... http://www.flir.com/science/blog/details/?ID=74935
  10. Could be that the 510 connector, the atomizer, or the wiring are short circuited.
  11. You might look here.... they print many colors if you find the actuator dimensions you need.... or you can have them make you some custom ones... Open this link and search for dna200, dna75, dna250, and etc.... https://www.shapeways.com/search?q=dna200&type=product&s=48#more-products
  12. So you need more than 133 watts to vape using 2 cells? You can go back to 3 cells.....
  13. None that I know of......that programming is done at Evolv as far as I understand it.....
  14. I imagine you purchased the box as a DNA200 device and the board was programmed as a DNA 200 on January 4, 2017 thus a 2-cell configuration would be 133 watts...
  15. I wrote this..... What do you see when you click on "Get Information"
  16. What do you see when you click on "Get Information" under the My DNA section of the General Tab? Post a screenshot of what you see.... thx
  17. Lost Vape web site has a section for downloading their files but I don't see the 133 listed.... You might contact them and ask them.... Their contact page is: http://lostvape.com/contact/ or you might contact their warranty repair center at: http://www.lostvaperepaircenter.com/

Just VB's Theme that is modified slightly, colorized a bit, and turned sideways. Display can be flipped from the settings menu. I haven't figured out all the stuff VB had to do to make this theme. Yep, there is a significant learning curve. 19. Good luck.... let us know how it gets resolved....
  20. So you have a Version 1 (old version) and it is new and just out of the box? That means it set on the shelf for a long, long time thus the battery could have sat in a discharged state for a long time and won't recover....... You might consider having the vendor replace the device.... your best option I think...
  21. It shows the battery cells have changed from the voltages you listed in your first post. My best guess is the battery is bad thus it won't properly charge. Is this the battery: https://vapingcheap.com/hotcig-dx200-battery/
  22. The battery cells have not charged at all and the voltage has not increased or changed on any cell? It would be helpful if you can post a screenshot of Device Monitor (while doing a Recovery Charge session). Also post a screenshot of the EScribe Mod tab settings.
  23. May be a helpful link for the modders... Evolv's web page for the DNA75 Color, downloads, software, datasheet, tutorial, manual, and etc. https://www.evolvapor.com/products/dna75color
  24. You can see if it is charging in Device Monitor after you start the recovery.... You can monitor it and see if the cells "come back in balance and charge".... as stated this will take some time and may need to be done more than once.
