  1. If you think you can and won't void any warranty. (Boxer's, that won't effect Evolv's)

I don't know which 510 socket they used but some have a threaded plastic insulator that can be pushed downward, Loctite can be applied to the insulator threads to help hold it in place. I used Super Glue Gel to keep the one that I have like that in place. ( a tiny speck applied with a tooth pick)

With seeing it you''ll have a better idea as to the fix I suppose.

Below is Fatdaddy Vapes v3  that I'm referring to.

  2. Generally "check atomizer" means no connection between the board and coil. Check to see if the 510 center pin on the mod's 510 is farther down than it should be, compare to your other mod.

Using Escribe's Atomizer analyzer would also be helpful to figure out why.

Does the use of other atomizers on the Boxer result in the same?

  3. Firmware resides (by default) here: C/ users/ your name/application data/Evolv/ Escibe suite/firmware/ DNAxxx.

You need to put it in the DNA250C folder.

An easy way would be to download sw to desktop and right click and select "copy"

Go to Escribe/ tools/ apply service pack.

When the window opens showing the other sw's right click and select "paste" to add your sw from the desktop.

Once in there select it, you should now be good to go.
