Tried the EScribe Interactive Training Course seems to be locked up?
I just tried it with Google Chrome browser and it didn't work. Then I tried Internet Explorer and that worked.

Check Device Monitor when fully charged, you should expect to see voltage around 4.13 - 4.14 volts area.
-
Look to see how they got the voltage for cell #3 to #3 on the balance tap. I have not been inside the LV 200. Wismec used a tiny resister there to jump Batt + and #3, others just solder bridged it or bridged it with wire. Your problem lies in the connection to the battery tap. (appears to anyway)
Look for cold solder joints on the balance tap.

sp35 is available, I believe it has the fix for that.

The place that you bought it from Is your best choice for a remedy

Well if you haven't done so already I would use the supplied cable on another device to make sure it works, or try another cable.

Your coils are either Kanthal or Nichrome

It's way down near the bottom on the Early Firmware page

The DNA200 that I'm using room temp is 84F and board is 85F, not being vaped for 30 min, just plugged in.

I always figured room temp as being "room inside mod" as there is no sensor outside the mod.

If you think you can and won't void any warranty. (Boxer's, that won't effect Evolv's)
I don't know which 510 socket they used but some have a threaded plastic insulator that can be pushed downward, Loctite can be applied to the insulator threads to help hold it in place. I used Super Glue Gel to keep the one that I have like that in place. ( a tiny speck applied with a tooth pick)
With seeing it you''ll have a better idea as to the fix I suppose.
Below is Fatdaddy Vapes v3 that I'm referring to.

Generally "check atomizer" means no connection between the board and coil. Check to see if the 510 center pin on the mod's 510 is farther down than it should be, compare to your other mod.
Using Escribe's Atomizer analyzer would also be helpful to figure out why.
Does the use of other atomizers on the Boxer result in the same?

Early versions of Escribe didn't support DNA75C and DNA250C, They require Escribe 2.0. Just a thought.
-
Firmware resides (by default) here: C/ users/ your name/application data/Evolv/ Escibe suite/firmware/ DNAxxx.
You need to put it in the DNA250C folder.
An easy way would be to download sw to desktop and right click and select "copy"
Go to Escribe/ tools/ apply service pack.
When the window opens showing the other sw's right click and select "paste" to add your sw from the desktop.
Once in there select it, you should now be good to go.

I had a bit of a time locating these files......until I used "search", here is a link:
