Just curious as to what the unloaded (standing) voltage of the cells are when they start cutting off.
-
Per resistance error read here, probably the same problem.
Battery CSV only effects "fuel gauge" readings and not battery performance.
You might want to set your Cell Soft Cutoff to 2.8 volts if not already done.
Use Escribe Device Monitor to see if your battery sag is hitting Cell Soft Cutoff, I think cell hardware cutoff is 2.85 volts so setting it lower wouldn't accomplish anything.

For sure the problem is on the battery sled end, wiring, contacts, ect.
The board has no idea how many cells as it sees it as one battery.
Look for broken connection between battery contacts of the sled on either end.

You might try setting your soft cell cut off to 2.65 volts (3.09 is ideal for LiPo)

Factory reset reverts the board to Evolv factory setting... not the mod's factory settings. So if your mod uses 2 cells instead of three the factory reset set it to 3. Use Escribe to change back to 2 if needed.

I believe that if you connect it to Escribe that you can re-set it.
-
Is the soft cell cutoff set to the same value on these mods?
-
I've added to my last post.

How about posting which firmware your using on the 75c?
Another thing, perhaps check with using just one cell then the other to see if the results are the same for each.
Have you measured each cell with a meter to see if they are discharging the same?

It will be here

Check in EScribe/Device Monitor while firing at 50 - 60 watts and look to see if the voltage drop during firing seems excessive. Decent cells with that mah should be in the area of 10 Wh each.
Does the mod/batteries perform well during normal use?
-
Sorry but no.

Probably, ask them here:

The DNA200 has no reverse battery protection other than the fuse that will blow.
Sometimes the mod manufacturer will build it into the sled.
The 250 has it though.

I use 3.09 volts for Lipo's, that's the default setting.

Frame appears good, did you try cleaning the sled contacts?
(even though they appear clean)
-
Other than cleaning the battery sled contacts with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol I'm out of ideas.
Does the door seems to fit properly without more of a gap in top or bottom than when new?

What happens if you switch position of the cell that's showing lower voltage drop with one of the other cells? Is it the slot in the sled or the cell that continues to be lower?

It can be found here:

That's how it would read if balance connector was not plugged in as far as the individual cells, pack too I believe.

Can you vape with it when connected via USB or does the board/screen just power on?

I know this isn't right...Therion 166 TC issues!

My guess on this is the wick isn't keeping up with the coil, you might try dripping a bit of juice through the drip tip /top to prove/disprove this.
