  1. If it's under warranty try to return to place of purchase.

Here is where I would be looking for the problem. These two screws connect the battery to the board (red arrows). Check to make sure that they are tight.

Bottom left screw is battery positive connection and upper right screw is the negative battery connection and ground for the output.

Also under the battery compartment there is a metal strip used to connect the battery negative to the board, it has a screw on each end. make sure those are tight as well.

  2. I think that if you change the wattage up to a whole number and want to change it back try this: Either go to select a profile and select the one that you are using or select a different one then go back and select the original profile. I think reselecting the existing profile will probably return it to your settings.

  3. What wattage does it show in Device Monitor when set with half watt settings? I did it with a DNA60 and it showed the half watt on the screen. I also did it with a DNA80C, set to 14.5  watts it showed 14 watts on the screen but 14.5 watts in Device Monitor. I also tried it with a DNA250 and got the same results as the DNA60.

  4. While not what your asking for here's what you could do to achieve the desired result. In EScribe create a profile for each wattage setting. Perhaps name them for example 6.2 watts, 6.5 watts, ect. Be sure to change all selected profiles material to watts and upload to device. Be sure to have boost set to zero unless you want it added.

    I hope this helps.

  5. Temp is hitting set temp almost immediately and throttling power down. There are quite a few variables involved here. Post screws not being tight enough is just one that we see often. 510 to 510 connections, ect. Your live resistance is most likely a false reading.

  6. I really need to see your Device Monitor showing cold ohms and live ohms when firing. Here is an image of mine, note that the live ohms on mine increase but then level out. The board determines temperature from the difference between the two readings. I suspect yours continues to climb till it hits temp setting.

  7. What model mod is it and how is the battery door done? Is is a screw in cap or a battery door. While I can only guess from here I'd say there is a good chance the battery is not being held tight enough. If a cap it may bottom out in it's threads before getting tight against the cell or if a door, well same not tight enough.

I expected it was a Dani mini but it appears to be another rendition.

  8. There are a couple things that I would try if it were mine. 1st I'd copy the .ecig file using EScribe. Using Escribe do a hard reboot. Still not good restore to factory defaults. Use Evolv's default theme. EScribe creates a backup so either with that or your saved ecig file you can always return it ti as before your changes were made.
