JaI Haze
I have tried everything from reset stats to hard boot and restore from defaults. There has to be a way to totally reset how many hits are logged on the memory. Anyone know?
retird
Total Puffs since Reset is the only one you can reset... Total Puffs is the total puffs since new and remains....

Ed g
Why would you need to im sure it was done to prevent fraudulent resale used of devices as near new devices with low hit counts.
67exec
@JaI Haze, I know on the dna 60 when you switch from small screen to large screen firmware or vis versa, it completely resets all stats on the chip. IDK if any of the other chips do the same when you swap firmware say to or from the International firmware.
dwcraig1
I just tried it with a DNA250C board with no change. As expected.
mrdidit
Easy. You can use "Statistics - Since Reset - Puff Count" instead of "Recordings - Puff Count" and use a trigger to "Reset Statistics"
