JaI Haze Posted June 16, 2019 Report Posted June 16, 2019 I have tried everything from reset stats to hard boot and restore from defaults. There has to be a way to totally reset how many hits are logged on the memory. Anyone know?
retird Posted June 16, 2019 Report Posted June 16, 2019 Total Puffs since Reset is the only one you can reset... Total Puffs is the total puffs since new and remains....
JaI Haze Posted June 17, 2019 Author Report Posted June 17, 2019 @retird there isnt a way to run a line of code? There has to be something to wipe the memory
retird Posted June 17, 2019 Report Posted June 17, 2019 I don't do code so if there is a line of code then somebody may jump in to help.... I've not heard of anybody doing that tho.....😊
Ed g Posted September 21, 2019 Report Posted September 21, 2019 Why would you need to im sure it was done to prevent fraudulent resale used of devices as near new devices with low hit counts.
67exec Posted November 15, 2019 Report Posted November 15, 2019 @JaI Haze, I know on the dna 60 when you switch from small screen to large screen firmware or vis versa, it completely resets all stats on the chip. IDK if any of the other chips do the same when you swap firmware say to or from the International firmware.
dwcraig1 Posted November 15, 2019 Report Posted November 15, 2019 I just tried it with a DNA250C board with no change. As expected. 1
mrdidit Posted July 19, 2020 Report Posted July 19, 2020 Easy. You can use "Statistics - Since Reset - Puff Count" instead of "Recordings - Puff Count" and use a trigger to "Reset Statistics"
