Ferre
Yesterday I received my Paranormal 250c mod. After unboxing I inserted the batteries. The device powered on. Then I put out the batteries to get them fully charged in the charger. After a while, I putt the batteries in the mod. Bur this time the mod didn't power on! I contacted the Evolve's help desk and waiting for their resolution. I was wondering how to hard reset the chip, if you have any idea please share it. retird
Will the device connect to EScribe? If so, and you want to do a soft or hard reboot of the device go to Tools/Diagnostic/Reboot Device/Select Soft or Hard....

BillW50
Do you think juice got inside of the mod? Most people say no, but when you take them apart, it is often clear that juice got in.
JacobEvolv
Start by inspecting the upper internal battery contacts in the device. Whether or not they look dirty, take some isopropyl and a paper towel and clean the upper and lower contacts, as well as the contact pins. Repeat this process on the USB port, using a small piece of paper towel and Iso clean the port gently. I have revived may devices doing this. Ensure the batteries are not inserted while performing these steps, and allow a few minutes to pass to let the Iso to dry.
