xxsteven69xx
The fire button will wake the device and device monitor has no problem firing the atty, but pressing the button does nothing. I'm inclined to think the button is fine, other wise it would not turn on when pressed. My device is also locked. Updating firmware, downgrading firmware, soft reset, hard reset, and restore evolv defaults does not change this status. Even after clearing all this the device is still locked. I would think rewriting the firmware would wipe everything, but it seems not to be the case.
VapingBad
Does 5 clicks [Fire] not unlock it?

black lace
what mod is that on mate,? because some mods ive made with an add on button as extra, rarther than push rod down to the board, the buttons have just collapsed inside after a lot of use, so theym still springy but seem to have a mind of their own as far as sending any kind of switch signal to fire. xxsteven69xx
No the battery is good and balanced. I think black lace is correct. I wired an external button and it works fine. Strange that is turns on the device every single time but wont fire.

blueridgedog
So are your ultimately going to swap out the board due to the bad button? Cool solution though.
