It utilizes a chassie ground through one of the two screws, that hold the two half's together.

Eventually I intend to mod the it with a spacer between the two half's and tube insert for the battery compartment, so it will run on 21700's. When I do that, I might see about running a separate ground to the the top half of the mod. But I still need to figure out what material I want to use for the spacer and solve the issue of most of my tools and stuff being in another country. lol

While you have found a pretty serious problem with the connection  to the 510 pin I feel that it is not causing the problem you described.. I would be looking real close at the power connections from the cell to board/case. The cell you are using when in good condition should be plenty good enough at that power level but it may be weak from age, just a possibility.

  2. Your image show 6.54 volts output, this will be dependent on the cell's charge state. But lets just assume that is the boards maximum voltage output. Then figure in your .26 ohm SS coil. As the coil heats up the resistance will increase a bit, let's guess to 0.29 ohms.

Keep in mind that as the charge on the cells go down the voltage output will never be higher than the sum of the voltage drop.

Example: cell voltage drops to 2.9 volts per cell under load. Max voltage output will not exceed 5.8 volts. If your settings call for more than that the error may show at end of puff.

  3. So I did some testing with some of mine, here are the results:

Using my meter to measure output voltage off the posts.

    DNA75-- 0.98 ohms--17 watts-- 4.04 volts.

    DNA75C--0.99 ohms-- 17 watts-- 4.03 volts

    Dna250C-- 0.98 ohms--17 watts-- 4.03 volts

    Kanthal coil

All mods have internal resistance set.

I figure that FW causes slight variances with resistance readings

So they say they don't compare vape wise, maybe slight adjustment required to power. I say *****, either that or I need a new meter.

The board is probably better than most meters anyway.

well it definitely didn't and google didn't translate it either

If you use Google Chrome or the new Edge for your browser just right click the text in the post and select "translate to English".

On occasion you might need to adjust the language being input, choosing "detect language" is easiest.

  5. It just keeps the software as is till the application to the government is approved or denied, Things had to stay as they were from US vape manufacturers till the cutoff date. Note Evolv sell nothing to individual any longer.

The software is considered nicotine. Even zero nicotine e-liquid is considered nicotine.

The big tobacco companies have their vape products for sale all over.

  6. Federal laws, the government thinks we should smoke tobacco and pay the taxes on the cigarettes. Nothing new was allowed the be added to an existing product. Every piece of your vape is considered nicotine in the US. The ;land of the free.......right?
