Problem with Paranormal 250 C usb port

Hi. Last night my paranormal 250c suddenly stopped charging and even can not connect to evolve via pc. 
The usb port is ok physically because the powerbank mode does work. What can i do? I used 3 different cables and no luck.  Can it be because of my batteries that are 1.5 years old?

i should state  that i can not send the chip to evolv for repair.

The C boards will connect to EScribe with or without batteries, with out batteries though the screen will not light up as the older boards do. Sorry I have nothing more.

Maybe a stupid question, but have you ever tried leaving the batteries out for a minute or two?

Sometimes it's the little things ... E.g. a hard reset

Tnx for the tips. Yeah I basically did everything. From changing cables to leaving it without batteries. Still no connection to pc and no charging. But the powerbank option works!

hum,  you stated you cannot send to Evolv for repair.  OK start a ticket with Evolv and state the issue and that you cannot send it to them.  They will reply back, hopefully telling you what they think the issue is and they may guide you further.

Did you try connecting to EScribe from a different computer USB port or a different computer?
