Downloading Ti CSV ?

I'm not sure where I am making an error or if Steam Engine is just suffering a problem but everytime I click on download cvs file it goes to a page noting the webpage cannot be displayed and notes the most likely cause: some content or files on this webpage require a program you don't have installed. I first click on add wire, Ti in this case, and then click on download cvs. I have looked again through the tutorial and the manual and I can not figure what I am doing wrong. I could swear when I was playing with Escribe before receiving my Hana this worked. Thank you for any help and advice. I love this DNA 200. First time I am an early adopter of anything and it was worthwhile. Thanks again.

Sincerely,

RickT

I am using Internet Explorer 11. I can not figure out how to save it either. I click file open-Evolv-Escribe-Dna200 and I can not proceed from there. I have tried using Excel but Escribe states it is not in the correct format. Yes, I made sure it was cvs, which Excel had fits with. I/m rather uncomfortable with manually moving the graph due to the exacting numbers and the discouragement in the tutorial. I still swear I had no problems when I was playing with it a month prior. May I ask you to try and see if steam engine works for you. Thank you. I will check back here and with Steam Engine in the morning. Thank you again,

Sincerely,
RickT

Yes, once again Microsoft Internet Explorer decides to behave differently from all the other browsers out there. I have updated the "How it works" text with a warning, the workaround, and some links to read more.

I may be able to find a way to do it in MSIE some time in the future, but it's not my top priority right now. In the meantime, use a better browser (any other browser), or use the workaround.

Thank you all for your help. I downloaded Firefox and no problems downloading the cvs. I can't believe in this day and age Microsoft still makes life difficult.
Sincerely,
RickT

And there are those who can't believe in this day and age that there are people still using IE.  The list of reasons to avoid it are long and significant.  Personally I recommend Chrome for fast safe browsing.

I noted with Windows 10's new browser called "Edge" Microsoft has indicated that IE will be phased out. No time frame has been given yet for the phase out of IE. Chrome is my friend.

Note:  Download function doesn't work with Windows 10 Edge either.

I downloaded it just fine using edge. Bit off topic but as a long time chrome user I have officially switched to Edge. It destroys chrome and Firefox in benchmark tests and damn is it just nice to use overall.

What version of Windows 10 are you using. I tried again and it doesn't download a file using Win10 x64 Home version. It only copies the data to a page with no file to save to the computer thus I copy that to notebook and then save to file.
