Can anyone help? I had a 250 board that I accidentally shorted out. Filed a ticket sent it in it was is under warranty. Was sent back a brand new board. Thanks Evolv! Customer service is top notch by the way. Anyway I can't get ESribe to recognize the board. I have tried 4 different cables (all work and recognize my DNA 75). Used 2 different computers WIN 7 and 10 (all work and recognize my DNA 75). Used 2 different battery's (fullymax 900). Board will charge fully! All functions work! just can't get it to work with ESribe! Any suggestions?

Same as before!
I have tried 4 different cables (all work and recognize my DNA 75). Used 2 different computers WIN 7 and 10 (all work and recognize my DNA 75). Hooked to a fullymax 900. Board will charge fully on USB! All functions work! just can't get it to work with ESribe! Any suggestions?

Why would it recognize the 75 but not the 250?? Am I missing something??

Exact same thing happened to me. I was able to verify the same cable and pc recognized 7 other dna devices so I opened a ticket with evolv and got an rma a couple days later. It is now on its way back to evolv. Sorry its happened to you too.

See in the system tray if Windows is still searching Windows Update for drivers. This can take a while but is often the cause. If you just let it sit, or click to skip searching Windows Update for drivers, it'll work.

I have found the issue with mine. I had bought a 2nd 250 chip to build a second mod, this works perfectly with my PC even without a battery fitted (screen won't switch on without the battery connected). When installing the battery I shorted out a couple of the charge wires I was not aware of this until I plugged in the battery and, pop. The unit charges fine and I can use it as normal I just can't do any updates on my computer.
