fenderstrat Posted December 6, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2016 hello all I have recently gotten a VT75 and love the mod and Im just getting into escribe and its pretty awesome.I have one question for my first few weeks I was vaping in wattage mode and all was good.I got a new order of coils in and started vaping TC and not so good.TEMP PROTECTED keeps popping up and the vape is really weak.I have tried various settings and 3 different tanks.I have done a search and there are 4 or 5 topics on this but they all head off in different directions and none seem to give a difinative answer.any help appreciated thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

fenderstrat Posted December 6, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2016 Settings have been all over trying different things say 25 watts 40 watts or even some of the presets the coils are the stock TC coils for the CROWN .15 ohm stock TC for supertank mini. .15 ohm and kanger subtank nano tc coil I set the temp anywhere around 450-500 normal sttings Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Spector NS5 RD Posted December 6, 2016 Report Share Posted December 6, 2016 i have used the crown .15 nickel coils and found, at least in my case, they need a very high temp for a satisfying vape, around 50-60 watts, 550F and up. as for the nickel kanger coils, i find they vape great at 30-45 watts, around the 500F mark. even the stock SS316L crown coils need a very temp setting for a good vape. never used a supertank mini.what is your "mod resistance" set to in EScribe?you're using the correct material profiles for the coils?what are the coils reading vs. what they're rated at (ohms).you can post a screenshot of "device monitor" while taking a few vapes on any of the coils you're having a problem with and that might tell us something. fenderstrat Posted December 7, 2016 Author Report Share Posted December 7, 2016 ok thanks all for your time I got it its vaping AWESOME in TC now.I think it was a combination of 2 things the MOD RES was set at 0 and the settings were just too low.at 450 the device was hitting temp and it just couldn't supply enough WATTS for a good vape I had it set for 50 but it was only hitinng about 20 watts or so during the puff.Once I set it to about 500 deg it started vaping great.man this escribe program is awesome.thanks again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe you should consider a DNA 20, 30 or even a DNA40 as they are legacy boards and not quite as complex...... Good luck.... hope you stay off the stinkies.... I was pllying with like like when your adding the modification to oblivion i cant rembefr where or what i clicked but ottook me to the chip and processor was in AMD folder. No idea other than that but why would you be againts AMD? Its intel competition. I never said i know the model or the cpu specs but when u see AMD. Its top quality. Just getting used to it. Is there a way to vape a cigarrette. .. i really am craving i don't know what that they added. Its like when purchasing the gaming conputer, you know u need the best and in this case is this or cancer. And im not playing with that one... Lets say i take the vape instead of buying a pack of cigarrettes beforehand. I know ill drop it. I chose one that wistands 3m fals with only battery tray flying out and in some cases battery satying in. Is it drop safe? Or 'stinkies' for the night? Break my mod channel was fun to watch and helps pick device . Its the chip i wanted as aparently youtube is filled witu videos and all put this chip as the best. But why is there no mention of it having a cpu amd 64 i don't know @vaping bad is that the cpu model? i would love to know the specifictions of it! Tbh i used to be big on asthetics but then ur family member twls u his story and firsy computer how hes upgraded it and now its a case with custum components, even had a car cigarrette lighter implememted (he gave me a vape but it was 8 years ago and i just enjoyed smoking it sociacially acceptable and very common) lets say this finally gets me to quit like he managed to quit. Cold water nicotine extraction frim tobacco from cigarrette like he told me might be better so i get whatever they added that i got addicted to other than nicotine. Is there a use for the board in a pc? Can i enhance it even more... i missed out on the 64 core 2006 xenon... its 10 years later im im still regretting not getting one. Evolv boards are the best and aparntly, thanks @retired about the suggestion. I looked into it, the defaults in the new series are better and was also unable to find a dna40. I did see them from 10$ us to 25$ but it was all out of stock. Aparently im too late for that. I just plug parts in my pc i don't k ow how the heck to do what the instalation for board is done or where to get parts. So i verified the boards evwn though i though of it as unessesary. Do i have to link my escribe with the account? I dont mind sending bug reports though. Don't see a need to link them as device board is authentic. (Device too i did that weird check). Just dont wana drop it and have board break as that would be my fault and these devices are expensive. Ordering a dna 250 in boxing day sale probably (that doesn't exist here) i just dont see the need for so much wattage but if family member smoked for 67 uears and quit vaporizing then theres no logical reason i can't. And it seems you or most i assume have already saved your health. I kinda want the dna250 that will wistand a lot so i guess ill have to wait till videos are out of people smashing them. Yes i still smack the computer and tv if slow or not worked and it fixes it... unless evolv is making a new chip with an even better processor in the works, that be worth waiting for I like games on the pc, have to learn each one from nothing. So learning this device will ve a curve i suppose. I got basics so just as time goes along i suppose. Just like when your learning the buttons for the playstation. Can there be escribe for spanish from latin america, spain's and Argentina is messed up. And kind of language commonly used? Its AMD GPU not a CPU which in this case makes it even better. If thats the name i cant find it on amd chipset list... but if processor file on device said amd64 i assume its 64bit single core ,could be CPU though, other than that if any evolv staff could give clock speeds maybe put an 'overclock' option update? Last amd gpu i had was mobility radeon 1600. Just ordere a 9600 to update an old motherboard. Should get it back running and i can leave this one for mining bitcoins. Is there l2 and l1 catche? Guess they had to make some work to get a cpu/gpu to stay cool because i got fans on my gpus with a Fan facing the open case since i over clocked all to the maximum. 1080p is old news 4k is where its now. It's like having a computer some people write Pulitzer prize books or do research helping to cure diseases, others troll or watch porn, it is the software (fw in embedded chips) and the hw circuit that makes the magic as long as the processor has the features to support that. I might be new to these but from the vape shop across the city where it starts to turn into black and white (satelite, local joke) evit mini seemed more complicated. When it comes to processors, i tend to keep up with what is the upcoming one and any improvements. AMD is the best for gaming specifically while intel is best for other things and nvidia the top gpu almost matched by ati/amd top of the line but merging the companies took off their lead, the arquitecture or whatever amd/intel call it is completely different. AMD isnt just a brand its intels only competition which is amazing for games. I don't know if a staff member can confirm it and say which processor is used but seeing that the asians copy everything i would not be surprised if its not as it has to have taken them a long time to develop a cpu/gpu? That does not need exsessive power and stays cool. Other than that i was thinking of buying a dna250 board this time as i came across paradise garden lightning and 100 200 300 and 600w 12v packs would actually be better than what is available.... just have no idea what to do to put it together... kind of makes me wonder if they will release dna500-600 that would be cool. I don't know why no one mentioned the existance of these? How can i order a dna250 with the things i want? If anyone can actually make it properly its has to be here. Kind of a custum special custum order? @vaping bad of course the software and all the other parts are important but the processor is the heart and brain of the board. I think what i feel is called anxiety but i have nothing to be anxious about. Is it normal? (I tried patch gum webostrin it doesn't work i smoked at the same time) doea narguile count as smoking? If it is then its impossible to quit when there is narguile day... i guess once a week won't hurt anyways. Any advice to get rid of craving it each time i smell a lit one which is almost everyware i really want one. Theres something about the smoke that just makes you turn to look. Is this normal or is it because my smoking habit was 1 cigarrette every 25-30 minutes....(only really quiting after doctor told me at this rate with the caffeine intake worsening the acid rwflux i got told 13 uears ago i would get cancer if i didn't stop drink coca and carbonated beverages.
