  1. I'm using SS316L. I usually build coils where I'll spin more than one wire together but I have found them to be less stable. However I get the same results out of simple round wire builds. At this point I'm wondering if I'm getting bad wire maybe. I should break out an out Uwell Crown and see if that changes anything. It's approved for Replay is why I'm thinking that.
  2. I'm just having a bad luck run. Now this one I built isn't cutting off when it hits temperature...
  3. This is a device I built so I think I know how it works...
  4. I'm getting No Temperature Reading on a Peranormal 250C. Tried restoring defaults. I'm using 316L with this file ~SS316L~.csv . Any thoughts? Here's Device Monitor showing 3 puffs
  5. That's what I had planned on for a corner before I finally figured out. Bet it works just fine and even a little lighter, little... Perfect. Much more clear that way, thank you!
  6. I had to put a wire in between the battery and case wall so the door lip would go in. Trying to see how you did it. Any chance you could point to those contact points on an Evolv drawing of the board, just to be sure. LEDs are kinda cool in my world... https://www.dropbox.com/s/0jrywh3jelyrdey/2018-01-24 08.12.48.mp4?dl=0
  7. Thanks for that. All hooked up and running. Just having trouble with Case Analyzer and maybe Battery Analyzer. The boards thermostat is saying it's way colder than it is at room temperature. I think board temperature is too high but I don't have any way to tell for sure. When it sat over night those two were not close when first hooked up.
  8. I think the thermostat on the chip might be screwed. I'm letting it charge so I can Analyze the battery later but I didn't want it to get to warm so I set it front of the fan with the door off and it says the room is 57 degree. That is way wrong. I have a personal weather station with indoor temperature and 4 smart home devices telling me it's closer to 75.
  9. So, I let it hang out in front of a fan overnight. Then this morning I took it from in front of the fan and let it hang out for 10 minutes or so and pluged it in and ran Case Analyzer again but get the same warning. This is what it plugged in when done this morning. What can I do to get this right? This is the first message that popped up. I noticed the temperature rises when I plugged it in. My room temperature is 77 according to the board. If it's wrong it's only of by 2-3 so I used 77 as room temperature. I think it's lower; could that be the problem?
  10. That must be my problem. I had been using it to get it down to 50%. If I leave it plugged in overnight it will be fully charged so I'l just stop between 25%-50% when I quit tonight and hook it up in the morning. Does the same go for Battery Analyzer except for start at 100%?
  11. I ran Case Analyzer and accepted. However when I upload settings to device I get this warning. Should the case start at room temperature. I was also wondering how accurate it would be if I am normally holding it in my hand, not while charging but when using. Is it only testing for charge heat? These are the settings the analyzer plugged in. r
  12. I finished my second HUGE build. But it doesn't show temperature in Device Manager when on 316L. You'll see in device manager I take a hit lowering temperature each time but getting the same hit and the wattage staying dead on the setting every time. What am I missing?
  13. So it looks like the fix was to change the battery type so it would take some amount of charge. Then change it back to Li-Po and balance charge has started. That was and hour ago and it says it's taken 1700 so far. Looking good. We'll see when it goes back on the device. Clock was fixed by leaving it unplugged and using a good battery.
  14. I hooked up another (small) batter and get voltage for individual batteries.
  15. It's plugged in. Solder points look good too. I hooked it up to the B6AC charger and get "Battery Vol Err Cell Connect"
  16. Here is Mod/Battery settings....
  17. It seems to work either way but the mod is not put together with an addie yet.
  18. Both the battery screen on device and escribe show 0 for all 4 cells. USB voltage shows 5.something when plugged into the computer. I even picked alow USB charging in device management, no change
  19. I kept it plugged in overnight to wake up to 0 charge. You guys are usually faster to reply. I hope you're all out having Fun!
  20. I'm to the point in my build all electrical connections are made so I hooked it up to escribe to take a look and upload my theme. It was plugged in for over an hour while I was doing other stuff but the battery still showed 0% charge so I took the battery to the charger. But the charger is giving me an error of low charge and/or balance error. I know there's an easy fix, just don't recall. Hope you can remind me please... The battery is Turnigy Graphene 2200mAh 4S from HobbyKing
  21. I have an external fire switch I'll be using on my next 250C build. The polarity is missing or been soldered over. Does it matter or is there an easy way to tell? Build a test of some sort maybe?
  22. I'm using the regular dual RDA setup in the Prince with the same mixed results I get on all other tank. However I almost Never build straight wire coils. Those seem to work better. Still not perfect like the test device I used at the Evolv factory.
  23. I would Love to see pictures to inspire me. I'm on my second 250C build now
  24. Sweet! Time saved, awesome. I'm anal & will likely do it myself of course. I will save this so I can install it right away to get it up faster. Thank you!
  25. I went ahead and ordered the same one. I've only ordered from them 1 time. Seems like it was about a week delivery. This one says it's coming from Hong Kong, figured they all did, or close... Thanks for the help, I appreciate you!
