It's the same screen for dna200 and dna40 large screen so it will work fine.

I think cleaning the pins are the last shot-but I KNOW its a setting as when put onto the V1 Inadverdantly, it done the EXACT same as the V2-reading the battery 1/4 full, jumping about in Escribe. I have completely wiped the device and reset to evolv standard, still the same, so uploaded the actual hotcig settings file from them, still the same issue! But, when that software went onto the V1, it was the same issue, so it must be something in settings or escribe itself. I have checked everything, and all seems correct. Maybe a fresh install of Escribe as I know it is firmware related, or do you not think that will help? I really am stumped-I double checked the batteries by removing from their enclosure, and sure enough, they were all balanced, 3.98V a cell(one battery), Fullymax batteries. It seems Escribe is functioning incorrectly, but with only ONE out of 3 devices. It will not allow mains Charging past 1/4 either with 2 Li-PO's that I KNOW to be fine. :s Really, really am stumped as I know its not RMA time due to it happening to the V1 before I set a custom profile for the dual 18650's, reading correctly BTW and performing great for my needs-133W is well enough for me, and very happy with the result-only thing is I wanted to convert the V2 as it has a nicer finish-but even with 2 cell selected it was reading 1/4 charge on fully charged 18650's. They will work fine but the price ouch!! I guess if they're the only company with them they can do that..

Sounds like you need a new screen, although you could always check first to see if it's still plugged in properly.. The only problem is that screens are not available at the moment.

The import duty and tax will keep going up the higher the price but the handling fee will just stay the same..

Warranty service means it's out of calibration so you'll have to send evolv a message and send the mod off to them and they'll sort it out for you.. Or go to your shop and ask them to swap it for a new one and let them send it to evolv or volcano..

If your dna 200 has a lipo this is why it has more of a punch.. If it has 18650s I couldn't say.

Looks okay to me, the only way to tell is to plug in a battery..

You can't turn it off, it just goes into sleep after about an hour but will only use 1% maximum of 2% when you wake up in the morning.. Any way of charging via usb is fine as the chip won't take more than 1amp from the power source anyway.. Change your charging brightness up to 50-60% and it will show on your mod when charging.

It's like voiding they're warranty with evolv for the sake of wires which should be 16/18 gage not 20/22.. Do you have a vernier dwcraig1? @lewisss the point is that the wire used will not carry the current (amps) that the chip is capable of, it's just asking for trouble and wires will get too hot and damage either the battery or the chip or even worse the owner.. I hope someone from evolv finds this post soon and tells wismec before something happens.

My bad, right you state in your edit in first post temp control is NOT active, what do you mean, your temp control is off? Can you go on device monitor and screenshot you firing the coil with only live ohms on please. Start with a cold coil and put the time scale to like 30 seconds..

Yes I do have multimeter, when I got the battery it measures at 11.31V-so I thought great, a replacement that will work. BUT when I got my DNA200 back from Evolv, guess what? Cell 1 will charge to a maximum of 3.85V, 3.86 if I am lucky. Cell 2 and 3 charge to the full 4.2V. So, intead of 10W/h's I get 6. I can't wait for the wismec realauz to come next week, and be done with the hotcig-I will just use it as a back up. I am using it right now, but the battery life is comparable to a single battery device at around 30 or so watts. So, it works, flawlessly, and performs the best out of all my devices-but I got a bad battery, AGAIN. [/QUOTE] If you've done this since having your mod back then don't worry but try measuring through the balance plug rather than the whole battery and see if each cell is okay.. Should be 3.7, 7.4 &11.1 if that's all good then the problem could be the balace connector on the chip isn't soldered right on cell 1.. Hopefully we can resolve this problem asap, if it's not the solder joint on cell 1 on the balance connector you could always replace the battery with one bought here in the uk, you could get one for under £10.

I'm not sure what the hotcig battery connectors are like but do you have a multimeter?

Evolv created this settings file for the efusion, they would have made the csv for ss by using some kind of thermometer to make it accurate.. so the best question would be where have evolv got their ss wire from as ss wire from different places will have different amounts of alloys in them making a big difference on accuracy.

I don't think this is a problem with wire or the chip, turbocad I think and myself had this problem before and it was due to coils touching ever so slightly, it could even be a leg on one coil touching the other so check their not touching, check there's no trimmed wire in your post holes and if it's neither of them try cleaning your atomiser and the 510 pin on the mod and atomiser, then if it still does it then maybe something is up with the mod or your built isn't very stable in the atomiser/s your using..

Took about 5 days for mine to get too Chicago and then another 4 to leave Chicago and go to Ohio, then it was the next day they got it.. So 10days too evolve and like 7 days back I think..

They should get back to you with in 2 working days, that all depends on the courier but they tend to fix/ replace the same day they receive the product
