  1. Tell me you edits and I will make them. You can also use the comment field for stuff that you feel is relevant, like the soft cutoff.
  2. This is for a polished version of the Reference mod:
  3. Stick it in here. There are 17 Battery Results posted so far, the battery results are on the right hand tab visible at the bottom. https://goo.gl/b33IPB Form to enter a Battery Test Result: https://goo.gl/IP9iSA Please support this effort!
  4. Evolv can figure out which device it is connected to (presumably via S/N) when it connects via USB. If you have connected more than one device via USB to the same computer at the same time, Escribe will prompt you for which device you want to connect to. Just pick good names for them.
  5. I really dont think the "load" or "wattage" matters. I think it is as simple as "energy in = energy out" because Battery Analyzer does all it can to extract every watt-hour above 3.09v regardless of load. I ran 4 tests on a well seasoned Evolv Beta Mod, two with a 0.51 ohm load, and two with a 0.26 ohm load. I ran one test at 40watts, and the other at 174watts. The results were all within 0.07 watt-hours of each other, ie 9.788wh to 9.853wh. No consistency or conclusion from the low and high. Tests were ran on this: There are 17 Battery Results posted so far, the battery results are on the right hand tab visible at the bottom. https://goo.gl/b33IPB Form to enter a Battery Test Result: https://goo.gl/IP9iSA Please support this effort!
  6. Love the Lego Atty holder! Oh, and nice Mod too!
  7. I have found that the quality of the cable matters. Using your 1amp charger try different cables and observe the charge current. Obviously the higher the current the better. In general I have found shorter cables of heavier gauge wire will deliver better charging current. I have also found that simply looking at a cable is not always a good indicator, actually watch the charge current while in use.
  8. I just use a thin piece of foam to stop battery rattle.
  9. Done, Added both "Test Load" and "Test Wattage".
  10. Cool, Will do. Can you give feedback on the result difference? I am assuming lower loads yielded better capacity????
  11. Check out this thread for some examples: /topic/65611-topic/
  12. Not sure what it uses under the hood, but the process does allow (and even waits) for the voltage to stabilize in between simulated puffs.
  13. Bump, please contribute! It will help all of us make educated decisions on which battery to buy.
  14. Look at the bottom and select the the "Battery Results" tab
  15. Strange that it doesnt do it every time if it is by design. And why would it prompt for a new atty if there was less than a hundredth of an ohm difference? What useful purpose does that serve? New Coil? Yes 0.08? No 0.08?
  16. I have had a few intermittent instances on the 1.0.35.2 software where it has prompted me for a new atty when it shouldnt have. Didnt capture it but it read: This one I captured: with Ohm Lock Range set at 25%
  17. The focus of this resource is DIY stuff, not really so much commercial mods. I will consider it though.
  18. I have created a place to share our Battery Analyzer Results with each other. I would like to ask everybody to help each other out and please contribute! Note, please only post actual Escribe Battery Analyzer results, not advertised specs. Results can be viewed here, the battery results are on the right hand tab visible at the bottom. https://goo.gl/b33IPB Form to enter a Battery Test Result: https://goo.gl/IP9iSA Form to enter a DNA200 DIY Resource: https://goo.gl/Qmr6Is
  19. That Velocity deck would be ideal......
