  3. I think if you ask around, you'll find that they are. They are located in Hawaii.
  4. Miskol, Which version of SolidWorks are you using? The SolidWorks files will only open in 2015. EDIT: Saw your edit
  5. In the beta's we used kapton at the battery connectors as an insulator. Not an elegant solution but an effective one. With the 3 point mounting, the likelihood of a case short seemed unlikely but never say never.
  6. Well, that's not good, thanks for the vid. Looks like we've got quite a bit of polishing to do.
  7. I just did a search for '3s LifePO4 1200 mah' and it returned a large number of relatively small batteries. I can't say which is best but there seems to be quite a few out there.
  8. Thanks, I'll make a note of it and add it to the list of tutorial bugs.
  9. The battery in the betas is a FullyMax FB900HP-3S It is advertised at 10Wh but we've found it to be closer to 8.8Wh. Not surprising but... As for making and selling reference cases, that is the plan but I have no idea when those will be available. They will be tumbled raw aluminum cases like the betas. They'll include the buttons and the reference 510 connector.
  10. I think you'll find that LifePO4 batteries tend to be about 15-20% larger than the equivalent LiPo's. Their energy density (energy/volume) is lower.
