  1. Thanks...there is a problem with the mod...you are going to have to contact Hcigar....
  2. Device Monitor in Escribe!!
  3. Please, a picture of 'Device Monitor'...
  4. Did you 'Upload Settings To Device' after you made the changes? Edit: Can you post a screenshot of 'Device Monitor' as well...
  5. If you did a 'Restore Default' from Escribe, then the settings have been set for DNA 200 & 3 batteries (cells)...you can go to the 'Mod' tab & change it from 3 cell to 2 cell, then upload to device... or here is the factory file for the VT 133.... Hcigar_VT_133.ecig Once downloaded, in Escribe, go to 'File>Open' & select the downloaded file...then upload to device...
  6. Why don't you share it here for others who may need it...
  7. If you are using contact coils...try spacing the coils...
  8. If nobody can provide it, you can always run the 'Battery Analyzer' to get the info yourself...
  9. If it is only powering up while on USB, then it's most likely a blown fuse...
  10. That sounds like it might be a blown on-board fuse...
  11. LV has come out with another BF device called the Drone...it is a dual 18650, 167w with the 250 board & resembles the Triade...nice thing about is that you can change batteries without removing the bottle & the two compartments are separate from each other...but, it is a bit bigger & cost a bit more than the Therion BF...Good luck...
  12. I have had exceptional success with Lost Vape devices...now own 6 & have not had any major issues...Most vendors have a 30 day warranty..check their website for warranty info, sounds like they are trying to pass the warranty issue off to Lost Vape...
  13. If you clicked on 'Restore Defaults' in the General tab in Escribe, that would explain why your settings got changed up...like from 3 cell to 2 cell...the 166 has the 250 board & that 'Restore' resets to Evolv default 250 settings, which are different from the Lost Vape settings...Here is the factory file from Lost Vape for the Therion 166.... Therion_166.ecig Download this file, open Escribe with your device attached. Click on 'File>Open'...select the file you just downloaded....that will load the Lost Vape Therion 166 .ecig file into Escribe, then 'Upload To Device'...that should set you back to factory, out of box state...
  14. I just noticed in your screenshots that the Escribe version is for the 250...do you have the Therion 75 or 166?
  15. Yep...shouldn't read over 4.2v on either cell...
  16. Cell #2 is reading 5.22v...you need to contact the vendor you bought it from or VaporShark about returning it...support@vaporshark.com....
  17. Evolv has a really good hands on training tutorial here that might help ya out some...https://downloads.evolvapor.com/escribe/guide/story.html There are also quite a few videos on YouTube about Escribe & setting up the DNA devices..just search 'Escribe' on YouTube...
  18. Cell soft cutoff 2.8, but thats not going to make any difference in the TC issue...Mod resistance setting in 'Mod' tab...read this thread starting at about post #72.../topic/65594-topic/ Case analyzer is at the bottom of the 'Mod' tab...just make sure your batteries are at least 50%..or less before running... Edit: Unfortunately, the device manufacturer's don't set up all the variables to get a good TC vape, but once you have everything set up, it will work great...
  19. 'Off' means the device is switching to Power mode...your resistance is not stable...first screen shot, .330...second screen shot. .335 & while firing, it should never drop as it is in both screen shots...make sure atty is cold before setting the cold ohms...need to check all connections...tight screws...clean 510 (atty & device)...Mod resistance needs to be checked & set...case analyzer needs to be run...the device HAS to be set up properly in order for TC to work...especially when using SS
  20. PM sent with files attached...
  21. You can try this to see if the device is detecting anything via the 510 connector...open the 'Atomizer Anlayzer' in Escribe (General tab)...remove atty from device & short the 510 center pin on the device to ground with a screwdriver or something & see if you get a reading...I used a pair of needle nose pliers in this photo...
