There are no adjustable settings to change that...

The Smok atty's are notorious for causing weird problems due to the floating pin in the base.

I cant believe how flaky the 75c board is when compared to the older versions. I have found the 75c to be nothing but problems. out of the 4 75c devices I have bought none of them are in regular use because they are unreliable and now with the battery draining issue they are potentially dangerous.
I have 4 75c devices...1 purchased & 3 I built...1 has over 30,000 puffs & 1 over 40,000...haven't had any major issues...really enjoy this board!!!

I believe most of that info can be found in the 250 data sheet...https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna250.pdf

I would contact who you purchased the coils from. A lot of fakes out there!

The Paranormal's have been having issues due to LV using a loctite compound on the threads of the 510 connector. This could very well be causing the problems you are describing. You can read about it & a fix here....https://forum.evolvapor.com/topic/69140-paranormal-75c-resistance-too-high-fix/
Or you can open a ticket with Evolv & let them guide you...https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1

The fact that the single coil is working & the dual is not, is an indication that the issue is not with your mod. Smok attys are know for causing issues due to the floating pin in the base...

Run the 'Battery Analyzer' in Escribe with your RDA set up like this...with the fan blowing on it to keep it cool...
Edit: As @Wayneo stated, the .csv is only going to affect the battery % reading...

A screenshot of Device Monitor in Escribe would be helpful

LV Paranormals have issues...https://forum.evolvapor.com/topic/69140-paranormal-75c-resistance-too-high-fix/
This thread is about the 75c's, but the problem seems to persist across all Paranormals

I'm using the Hcigar VT75 Color and would like to use the "Black Mig Vapor" atomizer for dry product. This atomizer does not recommend or function well with temp control enabled. Also the material for this atomizer is SS304, am I correct in choosing the SS316 Material setting? Obviously I am new to this technology, but I am adept at programming, so I would just like to know the best setting for my Hcigar VT75 Color (DNA75) to go along with the "Black Mig Vapor" atomizer found, HERE
I also attached a screenshot of the "Profile 1" setting I changed based on the information I think should be correct. Any help is really appreciated!
Judging by your manual, it looks like they are recommending to NOT use that atty in Temp mode, rather wattage/power mode...the stock profiles on the VT75c for wattage/power are profiles #2 & #5...try one of those & adjust the wattage as necessary...

You can always try reloading the factory .ecig file...it's possible it got corrupt somehow...

Also...will drop back a year every time you cycle through the date settings on the device...at least on mine it does

Board issue...contact Evolv & let them guide you...https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/?a=add

This was posted by @retird awhile back...
This was posted earlier by Evolv: ( my memory is not as sharp as it was when I was 65) " DNA 60 can't really use Thermal meaningfully, because the charging is off-board and it doesn't know much about it. The defaults should work well enough."
Don't have the .csv for your cell, but do have one for the Efen 20700, which is a 4300mah cell...or the IJoy 20700, 3000mah....should get ya closer than the HG2's
Efan_20700_4300mah_11.57 Wh.csv
IJoy_20700_3000mah_8.045 Wh.csv

Appreciate all of the responses. I was able to cycle through the menus half heartedly and the temp of the chip was astronomical. I’ll contact evolve, but I have no idea when the previous owner bought the device. I’m assuming they could look at the serial number and see when it was manufactured/sold. We shall see.
In Escribe, on the General tab, if you click on 'Get Information', it will bring up the serial number & the manufacture date, or you can search it from the Evolv website...https://www.evolvapor.com/sncheck

Lock device (click fire 5 times or what you have it set to) and then hold the up & down button for a few seconds...
-
In Escribe, open Theme Designer & go to the 'Look & Feel' tab

Being that is is a BF device, there is a really good chance that the previous owner had gotten some juice leaked into the device. You might consider cleaning the internals, or you can contact Evolv & let them guide you...https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/?a=add
