There is no way you should be seeing more than 4.2v on the 75 board...are you sure you are not mistaking it for another of your mods...like your Drone BF?
Edit: With the cells in a parallel configuration, they will show up as 1 (4.2v) cell....not 8 something (series configuration)

Hey all I need o factory clean firmware file for my Therion dna 75 mode .I have the Therion dna 75 dual battery’s mod. I use yesterday the Escribe suite but after that I have batteries problem my mod see only one battery. I change batteries, use one , use two , I changed batteries positions in both side and recognized them in both positions, I do factory reseat but I have still the problem . Please help
You need to keep in mind that the 75 board & Escribe do NOT monitor each battery, but sees the 2 batteries as one since they are in a parallel configuration.

One question please: the room temperature values in info are live? Does it have to show the actual temperature of the area we are in? I ask because I see that this has a large deviation from the actual ambient temperature.
Running the case analyzer in Escribe should get you the values you need...battery needs to be at 50% or less...

Sounds like the on board fuse may be blown. The 200 board doesn't have reverse polarity protection, so if you inadvertently inserted a cell backwards....If the fuse is blown & you want to replace it yourself, the info on the fuse is in the DNA 200 datasheet...dna200.pdf

Contact Evolv..they will guide you...

The cell 2 voltage indicates an issue with the board...you can open a ticket with Evolv & they can guide you...

I've tried to have Device Monitor graph data while running the Battery Analyzer (board temp, current, etc). They don't seem to be able to run parallel.
Am I wrong? Any work around?
No...can't share the same data path...

Font on the main screens is not adjustable, just the screens that can be customized...as long as the rounded display opening is the proper size, no info will be cut off...

Not sure if this is your problem, but others with the Paranormal have been having an issue with the resistance reading a bit to high, due to the installation of the 510 connector, which will cause the board to not see enough resistance rise while firing, causing it to drop out of TC into Power mode...Can you post a screenshot of 'Device Monitor' while firing with the following boxes ticked..Power, Power Set, Temperature, Temperature Set, Cold Ohms & Live Ohms. Here are a couple of thread pertaining to this issue...

Try spaced coils...

Being that it is a used mod, I would be suspicious of the condition of the Lipo battery...

What atty are you using?

I have the same issue, i did what you said and it does fire... so, this means my device is dead, right?
Did you change the battery setting from 3 cell to 2 cell on the 'Mod' tab, battery section, in Escribe...and then upload settings to device?

Try going into the Theme Designer...Screens...select the main screen...click on 'i' icon....'Action>Set>Go To> Child Screen' & then select the screen you want it to go to...(Info Menu ?)

Look for the Escribe 2.0 SP8 (newest version) for the 75C...there is a version for Win & Mac available...

Evolv has been diligently updating the firmware since the 75c's were released... Escribe should let you know if one is available....
-
In Escribe,(Mod > Battery) check the value of the cell soft cutoff...2.75v is good for the 20700 cells...the following .csv file was generated with the 'Battery Analyzer' & will help the battery indicator to be a bit more accurate as well...
Edit: Even most of the new mods on the market will need a firmware update...Escribe should let you know if one is available....

I have since gone to build yer own atty's & have never looked back. A lot of people have had success with atty's with OEM coils, so maybe they can chime in with their suggestions & experiences...can say this for sure, stay away from any of the SMOK TFV atty's because they have a floating pin in the base which will cause some really wonky fluctuating resistance issues...even with their build decks as well...just my 2 cents...

It's reaching temp according to Device Monitor... OEM coils can cause these issues
When I first switched over to using DNA mods, which I did to get a good TC experience, I too had alot of issues with the ISub coils in TC mode. Gave my ISubs to a friend who vapes strictly in wattage mode because of all the headaches...

I tend to agree with @retird, looks like you may be having a wicking issue...It's reaching temp according to Device Monitor... OEM coils can cause these issues

Can you post a screen shot of 'Device Monitor' in while firing...

It looks like there is an issue with the device...if still in warranty, I would contact the vendor you purchased it from about the warranty...or you can open a ticket with Evolv...https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add&category=1

Can you post a screen shot of 'Device Monitor' as well...
Therion 166 check battery issue

A common problem with the Therions is having a bad solder joint connection on the bottom side of the battery sled....
