Turns out this is an off-by-one error in the real-time clock code affecting the month of December.
(If you change your PC clock to another month and then run Device Monitor, it will work in any other month. It's related to PC-synchronized time, not on-device time.)
I will be fixing it in the next Service Pack. Thanks for finding this!
@James,...is this why when resetting the date (yr.) on the device & not hooked to Escribe, when finished it drops it back 1 yr...ie, in order to get it to set the yr. to 2017, am having to set it to 2018 & when finished, it drops back to 2017. Also, each subsequent scroll through the date field will drop it back another yr...2016, 1015, etc....

Your not getting enough power to the board...usually a sign of a weak/bad cell or a connection issue...if that mod has a screw on battery cover, then I would recommend cleaning all the threads etc. really good with so iso alcohol...I have had similar issues before with that type of setup and cleaning made a big difference...

Look at your battery voltage...2.75v
-
You are having a severe battery sag...either a weak/bad cell or bad/dirty connection...

-
Ok...now how about one while firing the device...
Edit: And what kind of wire & atomizer & mod are you using?

Can you post a screenshot/print screen of Device Monitor in Escribe with the following fields checked...Pack, Power, Power Set, Temperature, Temperature Set, Cold Ohms & Live Ohms
-
Since neither of the 2xx boards have an on board led, there is not going to be any adjustment available through the Escribe software. You will need to contact Vapor Shark about that issue...Vapor Shark is known for different features on their mods utilizing the DNA boards..they even have there own buttons, not Evolv's, installed on the boards they use for their mods..

Available for both Windows & Mac...

I believe that the weak battery message is the exception to those options. IIRC it was replaced, by Evolv, with the flashing icon per users requests.
-
Could you have possibly seen 'Check Battery'? IIRC, the weak battery message was replaced with the flashing icon awhile back...
-
If you are worried about the ohms being to low, you should be good...run .07 coils on my Therion 166...
-
There is no Wh calculator in the 75 version of Escribe...the weak battery message is not a 'message' ...but rather a flashing battery icon...

. Note: on my device I need to adjust year to 2018 to get it to set at 2017.....
I am seeing the same here...really interesting because I have run the Device Monitor on all my 75C's many, many times & have never seen this before....

That is strange??? Have not seen this before..... I didn't load the theme you guys did and guess what.... my theme shows the same thing..... may be a bug not noticed before??? Guess we all are using the INT version of EScribe....?? I'm gonna load another different ecig file and check it out...
Have you tried changing the date manually on your device yet?

Other is when I set time & date in mod and accept 04/12/17 with middle button it goes to 04/12/16. when I do again it goes to 04/12/15...
Yeah same on me that you have
really crazy
Agreed...and each time you repeat, it drops another yr...
-
Yup..and if I try to manually reset the year, on the device, it won't accept 2017 & keeps bumping back to 2016

You have saved your ecig and theme files.... wondering about the theme.
@giz_60....sorry for double dip about the theme.... was typing as you posted....
Interestingly, I switched back to the theme I had in it originally & now it is still doing the same thing...never had an issue with it before...
-
There is something wonky in that theme....I loaded that theme into mine & am seeing the same issue...have you tried a different theme?
-
Double check the time & date on your computer... the board gets that info from the computer when you open Device Monitor...
-
Should save time and date long enough to change batteries. Will reset if batteries are out to long. Connecting to Escribe & opening 'Device Monitor's will reset to current time & date!
-
After running the analyzer, click 'Accept'...then 'Upload Settings To Device '...but sounds like you either have a bad cell or a bad battery connection...
