You are right, thx...

 

I'll try today to measure the mod resistance by shorting the boro's pins, to see if i use that value for mod resistance i'll have an ohm reading closer to my other devices

Yes, one is 0.011 and the other is 0.012 ohms.

Do you think it would be a good ideea just to "artificially" increase mod resistance until it reads as the other devices?...
Would there be any downsides for that?

It will mainly effect TC vaping (but barely). Wattage mode, you probably won't notice.
