Odin DNA250C - No USB connection

Hello, 

I got a brand new Odin DNA250C. I downloaded SetupEScribe2_SP30_INT.exe and installed it, after that I installed SetupEScribe2_SP31_INT_ServicePack.exe. I restarted my Win 11 computer. Plugged in 3 different USB-A - USB-C, USB-C - USB-C cabled, but the box don't get copnnected. I can see it starts to charge, but that's it. Is the software or are the drivers compatbile with the latest W11 version? How can I connect my Odin DNA250C?

Try this. Take the batteries out and then connect to the USB. If it now connects, good. Now put the batteries back in while the USB is still connected. Now it should be fine.

What he said and FYI 2_SP31_INT works on my computer with latest Windows 11 updates... has ever since Windows 11 came out...

Ummm, the DNA250C does NOT have a 'USB-C' connector. 🤷‍♀️ Something's off here, are you sure you have a 250C product
