dna not working properly

hello, the lcd of my dna 60 stopped working. I put another screen and it doesn't work either, I connect to write and everything is correct but nothing works, I have measured the input voltage and everything is correct, I don't know where the problem may be, any help

Did you hear a click at the screen ZIF latch/connector?
If it has a USB port, is it recognized by escribe?

if the usb port recognizes it and escribe it too, the screen flex is well connected, this screen stopped working and it doesn't work on another chip, I've tried other screens and they don't work on this chip either, apparently it seems to be dead, I don't know if may have blocked or something

So I think you have 1 dead board and 2 dead screens. Your board has an official 1 year warranty, but you can open an RMA at https://www.stealthvape.co.uk/ and they will guide you.

Could you post a picture of the screen and board while it is in the device?  Also a picture of the screen and ribbon cable while outside of the device...  Ribbon cables can easily be damaged when bending into a tight space.

this is a new lcd and it doesn't work either, apparently everything is fine
