dwcraig1
This modification works well when using a coil spring (they in earlier times worked good enough at lower amps) Factory done below. The wire is soldered to the disc.(braided wire)
EDMKEV
I bent the conact up a decent amount, couldnt quite fit anything in underneath yet but i wanna test it out first a few times and see if it is indeed just a battery contact issue, everything else doesnt make much sense besides not having a good connection, ill try and see maybe i might get a buddy to find something better to solder to it but for the price i cant believe what shitty contacts they use..that spring contact seems much better! What mod did you do that in? Ill have to see if a friend can solder something like that together and make it fit, but for now ill see if i get better battery life with the better bent contacts and update. dwcraig1
IPV2, but can be found in many others. Escribe will show your battery sag....for better or... Oh, I didn't do that, it was factory. I did solder the wire on the end of the spring where it contacts the batter on the last one I built (it came with the springs)

We already did the same (german community) - bend the contacts and filled up the gaps in between the contacts with foam rubber - with great results - But to say it clear - best way would be to exchange the shitty contacts! Mine (boxer DNA133 - self made kit) working pretty fine in TC Mode - down to 3 Percent of batt power!
