Justin
Howdy,I noticed that the DNA200 manual refers to a separate manual for the EScribe software.Has this been released?
dwaindablane
I was also wondering the same thing
basilray
You'll be happy to know there's a fully interactive simulation-based tutorial coming. I've been working on building it for the last few weeks. The crew at Evolv put some changes into the software this last week, which means the training has to be updated. I'm hoping to have a revised version over to Brandon tomorrow to get hosted for you by Evolv.
Brandon
We should have a manual, interactive tutorial and EScribe link up in the next day or so.

SSV
Will this include full source code? I.E. will it be possible for developers to decompile and patch code base? Or is this intended more for "higher level" operations? Will the full Rx/Tx command base be included in the documentation?Thanks...
Bapgood
SSV the documentation is going to be geared for general users, not developers and etc. I see you have asked a number of higher level questions throughout the forums. My suggestion is to wait until they release the software and you have chance to check things out.
Justin
SSV, Keep us updated if you find anything out. I'd love to do some firmware modifications.
Bapgood
I will let someone from Evolv answer if firmware modifications can be done, however I doubt it. EScribe gives users a ton of options to customize just about every aspect without messing with core functionality.
Bapgood
I misspoke earlier when I directed someone in a post to contact Evolv directly. This is where they want to answer any and all questions.
SSV
I assumed this was the best place to ask, as other might want to know the same info....and a generalized response here will help evolv team save some time in answering the same dev questions over and over (via private replies)
Bapgood
You would be correct, but I didn't know how technical they wanted to get publicly. However someone will be by to answer your more technical questions with the same answers as you would or wouldn't get contacting them directly.
