txmonkey214
Hello, everyone,I have a question about current settings. Is it safe, and, is it beneficial to raise the maximum peak input current in Escribe? It seems strange that the setting for max peak, and max sustained are both 24 amperes. The max peak might need to be higher. Or, will this just lead to a blow board fuse? Has anyone tweaked this setting on their mod? Has Brandon offered an opinion? Thanks in advance. VapingBad
I have not read anything from Evolv on this, but I'm sure it would be so you can tell the board that your battery cannot supply the max currents, IE for lower numbers. I have read from Evolv that there are no settings that you can change that will harm your board.
retird
The DNA200 Datasheet says the max input current is 23 amps. The DNA75 Datasheet says Input Current Max 28.0 Amps and Input Current, pulse Max 32.0 AmpsThe DNA 60 Datasheet says Input Current Max 25.0 Amps and Input Current, pulse Max 32.0 Amps
txmonkey214
23? The default setting on my Hana, and the used Hana I just sent back from ebay is 24, for both. Yes, I have read that nothing you can do would harm either you, or the board. A blown fuse isn't really harming the board. So, it might blow? dwcraig1
I for sure don't know the answer but I suspect that even set higher than it's 23.xx amps it can still only draw 23.xx amps max.
