Hello!! this is my first post. Today I received the vtbox and when I connected via USB with the PC the battery was zero and no signs of life. What can I do to fix it?

orso83 assuming your battery is connected OK (if you have a metre check the voltage at the battery lead) I would contact your vendor and demand a replacement mod or battery if it has stayed at 0 V for much time it's capacity will be reduced, it could even be dead.  If that is not an option in Escribe - Options - User Interface - choose Advanced then try USB Recovery Charging from the Tools - Diagnostics menu, this may take several goes as it is time limited for safety.

I used this one in my Vapecige VTbox200, it appears to be the same case. The power wires needed to be shortened and I had to change the plug to a "T" plug.
Later Vapecige boxes use a XT-60 plug.

I have bought this turnigy nanotech but I'll have to change the connector, my vtbox 250 have a "T" plug connector. Before I'll change the connector I try to see if I can use the adapter "XT60" to "T" plug
