HCigar VT250 battery display issue

Hi all, and thanks for accepting me on the forum, very happy to be here! 

Firstly a happy new year to all.

Secondly I have recently bought the new Hcigar VT DNA250 device and the battery display on the front screen shows empty the whole time?? I have 3x Samsung 30q's in at the moment (approx. 3 weeks old) bought from a very reliable vape chain store in Johannesburg which have never given me issues on any other of my DNA or various box mod devices. Can anyone perhaps assist as to what the issue could be?

In Device Monitor what service pack version are you running (lower right hand corner in Device Monitor)?  Service Pack version SP5a may help.

maybe I can help you 1 go to escribe> options> user interface> manufacturer 2 select MOD 3 change the settings maximize maximize puffs into recharges 4 upload settings to devices

Can ANy one help me set my battery profile for VT250 mod. My batteries dosent last long

Im using AWT red 3000 mah batteries?
