Hello. I bought an Hcigar Vt250 mod about two months ago. Couple of weeks ago after charging it didn't turn on. Hcigar service doesn't answer to my emails. Can I disassemble the mod by myself and send the chip to evolv for warranty service?

I don't think they work weekends at Evolv on the help desk.  Are you certain that the issue is board related?  Hang tight as Evolv will reply to your ticket and guide you....

Have you tried contacting Hcigar via their Facebook page? I have found that most manufacturer's are a bit slow, if ever, responding to emails, but tend to respond quite quickly on their Facebook page...

Thx for the link.

I tried theirs service email, there is an instgram help account I tried and official page in russian social network vk.com I also tried writing. No responce there.

 It doesn't connect. Proper dead .
