Would be interesting to see how it worked. I was able to sync and charge my iPad simultaneously using it. Is there a limitation in the DNA chip?

A while back I built a PC using an ASUS motherboard. They offered a small "program" that increased USB charging capability, I used it to charge my iPad that required higher amperage. The software worked on my laptop motherboard as well as other manufacturers. I no longer have the PC to test but imagine it would work to increase the charge for the DNA. Did you happen to get the VTBox200 by Vape Cige? I think it's been noted they produced them incorrectly. Due to safety, I highly doubt you'll find batteries with male connectors! Got any soldering skills?

I was using ISB 2.0 and a high quality cable when I noticed the erratic connection in Virtualbox. More frequent connection errors were noticed utilizing USB 3.0

Blue, I ran into a snag myself. Using Virtualbox it seems the USB connection isn't reliable. Constantly disconnecting in the middle of the upload... I, however, was able to get out of it with a soft reboot and no harm. Busting out the old netbook once again!

I have yet to build in the 1590B so I don't want to give you bad advice. There's a lot of information in this forum, in particular there's a running list of 3S LiPos that may help. Also, there's a member, xevape, that has posted some really nice builds using the 1590B. Good luck!

I think the hurdle would be fitting the 510. There's only 44.5mm to work with between lugs. I've attached the specs

I may have gone the long way doing it but that's essentially what was accomplished. In the end, it did work.

Just did same thing with the 8/7 update. Accidentally left my Hana V200 connected via usb while I ran the https://www.dimensionengineering.com/software/SetupES_2015-08-07.exe Everything went fine on install but when it prompted to update the firmware to the 2015-08-07.sw-update it started to download, the little box flashed, screen went dark on V200 & got error message that no device was connected on repeated tries. Pressing fire button on device reboots device and escribe can see it if I connect through device monitor & appears to work. Pulled cable & reloaded https://www.dimensionengineering.com/software/SetupES_2015-08-07.exe completely same thing happens when I try to update firmware, even when I try to roll it back to 2015-07-16.sw-update. Rebooted Win8.1 64bit computer & uninstalled escribe completely reinstalling program...no change. Tried installing same update on win7 64bit machine. Same thing. Cannot update firmware at all on HanaV200 due to unit shutting down during firmware update. I can only access unit in device manager after hitting fire button to reboot. Just pulled escribe from win7 machine & rebooted w/ intention to go back to stable release escibe & load it but that is release I had on win7machine when I first rebooted the win 8.1 machine & had communication issues there too. Cable is one that came with hana & have been using without issue since I got it. Just tried to roll back to 2015-07-16.sw-update on the clean install of stable release & same issue exists. I ran into a similar situation trying to connect a second mod. I did several things so I'm not exactly sure which step or combination of steps solved the problem! - Disconnected/removed Evolv from the USB settings menu - Restarted everything - Added Evolv in USB settings - Restarted everything - Opened device manager in guest OS (Win7) - Searched for new hardware - After verifying Windows recognized the mod, I opened EScribe - Connected! Like I said, far too many steps but it worked in the end...

Regardless, I have used the starre pro with a v200 and it is a very decent vape... When it's not leaking! I made the mistake of not closing the juice control overnight and the tank dumped everywhere. Do not forget to close the juice control... Kind of a PITA
