Why doesn't Evolv pick a standard for their screens? I have mods with both the glossy and matte finished screens. They should pick one style and stay with it. Personally, I've grown fond of the glossy screens. IMO, they look better.

I heard Evolv was going to release a colored screen but with the same layout as now. Don't know if it's true or not though.

Love the Opus!! Its a shame that Roger closed up shop. Want to make my Opus 200 a 250 now.

How did you get this mod ordered? I went to sp customs website and the only mods he had on there to order were unregulated box mods. I ordered a sx 350j v2 box from him about 6 months ago and it turned out great. It's still in my rotation. The website doesn't have anything to pick from anymore. I know retired but I don't like it. Why can't Evolv put it back to the way it was?

They still haven't fixed cerain bugs. One is no temperature flash. I use this feature so I know how high I can set my temp in temp control, and it doesn't flash anymore on the DNA 200 or the DNA 250. I need Evolv to fix this issue.

I found out about Opus Vapor. They stopped production on the Opus 200 because of DNA 200 high board failure, according to Roger that is. Same goes for Hana Modz. They no longer make the V200 due to internal problems. They didn't tell me if it was board related or not. I now have 20 DNA boards that I rotate and use on a daily basis and so far I have yet to pop a fuse (knock on wood). I know that it happens but the failure rate can't be that high or nobody would buy the DNA 200 ever.

I just bought the Opus in early May and Roger had to put 1 in stock for me to purchase it. I guess people quit buying the Opus because the whole chip failure rate that was happening with the DNA 200. a whole bunch of mods had to have new boards put in. Opus blamed the DNA 200 and Evolv blamed the Opus enclosure for all of the board failures. It may have hurt the Opus name, I don't know. I know now that the website has disappeared and Roger hasn't responded back to my 2 emails. That's life I guess. I would like to know exactly what happened though. That's the type of person I am.

I've talked to Hana modz last week and they told me the V200 has been discontinued due to internal problems. No, I don't need warranty work, thank god. I was thinking about adding another Opus 200 to my collection (blue), went to the website, and it doesn't exist anymore. What if I did or god forbid ever do need warranty work? I guess I'm screwed since they apparently shut down shop without even a notice to any of their customers. I thought Roger was supposed to be a stand-up dude thats good friends with Brandon from Evolv or someone from there?

The website is gone for Opus vapor. Did they close down? I emailed Roger, but didn't get any response from him. That was 4 or 5 days ago now I believe. I have an Opus DNA 200 and even though it only has a 1000 mah 3 cell lipo, it's a really nice mod. I'm using it right now as a matter of fact. Anyway, anyone that knows what happened that can shed some light on the subject will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I can most certainly agree with the batteries not being up to par. Ihad the same problem a week ago with my Therion 133. Getting the check battery warning at 60%. I put brand new batteries in and absolutely no more warning.. I can vape the batteries down to 30% at 120 watts no problem.

Advanced vape supply has high qualit spooled clapton wire in SS 430 now. 26 core, 30 wrap. Nickel free. Works phenomenally in temp control!!!!

Someone told me that Evolv is releasing a 1.3 inch colored screen next year like yihi is doing with the sx 550j board. Is this true, or BS?

Hey, I'm with ya man. Vaping has definitely become a huge hobby of mine and I'm not really sure how it happened. Lol! The DNA boards are my favorite boards by far. I used to use the sx 350j series yihi boards too, but I don't like the way they temp control. I only purchase DNA mods now, that's it. I have like 17 total now between the 200 and 75. I know, I have a small problem. Lol.

Well, 95% of the time I vape in temp control. But every now and again I like to let it rip. I see you helping everyone the the forum constantly. How did you learn so much about the DNA boards? Did you used to work or do work for Evolv?
