Here is material tab open and with SS316 highlighted, note the graph's 800 F figure.
Here is with the appellate open ready to change it. Note it is 0.006 and the line on the graph has moved to reflect this setting. No changes are made till OK is pressed and uploaded to the device. So unless you are naming your CSV's 0.006, ect. I don't understand how you see this value anywhere but in the window to change it.
As far as the mod kicking out of TC, well I never got to that part.

As far as I know only the accuracy of the "displayed" battery value will be effected, the charge will be determined by the cell voltage. Note the amperage of charge as they get to 4.2 volts (or 4.1 - maximum recharges )

You can view your charging figures with Escribe in device monitor, the charger built onto the board does a good job of not overcharging the cells over 4.2 volts. I'd say the percentage is not accurate, probably the curve is not quite right as your watt hours are about right.

What happens when you choose a material rather than setting a TCR?

Here's a couple snips of from material's tab, the first shows the set TCR for ss316, the second snip shows the appellate to change the setting.
Until you click OK the setting doesn't change so .006 (Ni, the default) will always be the number in the box the first session using EScribe.
Note the number at the 800 degree mark without the little window open. Does that number change by itself? (between EScribe sessions)

The mod should have the settings that were uploaded to it.....or if you made any changes on the mod after EScribe.... these settings on the mod is what a re- connected EScribe should be showing.

Zero is better than too high. Yes the settings not sticking is of concern, not related to mod resistance I would think.

You are uploading the settings to the device right?
Has the mod resistance been set by the manufacturer? -
I hope you guys are cleaning them cooper plugs till they shine, your readings are a bit higher than most mods.

Your DNA200 board is capable of trying to draw 23 amps when the load requires it (max wattage) -
If you keep it under about 90 watts including preheat those 3500 mah batteries are going to give you some very long vape time and safely. The 20 amp CDR batteries (or higher) are a better choice in my opinion for most users.

I 'm sorry but this needs said so here goes, if this is the green Imren 3500 mah 30 amp (label) cells just be aware that they are most likely 10 amp CDR, might be just a bit higher but less tha 15 amps.

I'm not sure about customs but for the airplane ride it needs to be in your carry on bag, not in the bag that goes in the cargo area of the plane. (US)
I suspect that the battery needs to stay inside the device also. -
I also changed the wire settings and mod resistance on my SDNA75. I made the 510 shorting tool from a used cartomizer with it's 510 filled with solder. The value I got was close to the original setting, I got 0.002?.
BTW, I have 5 other DNA200 mods, they are all 0.004? or slightly higher. -

Healthy is more important than a little mah variance. Ease of installation is a plus.

Id say bad pack, I was thinking just not matched well perhaps but that's too much.
