White screen with uploading Setting

 My paranormal DNA 250c I was trying to upload theme from escribe forum and while  While it was loading it showed an error message and then showed that the device was already in use. it shows error on escribe then it's now stuck on Upload Setting

Exit escribe, restart PC and escribe. Try to upload again if it does not automatically restart the upload by itself.

It says device is in used  and how  can make this white screen to back normal to DNA default theme

We have never heard of one not being recoverable so just be patient and follow our directions.

If the laptop that has ESscribe on it is now off and when I turn it on and open ESscribe should I plug the mod with USB to the laptop before I press upload setting to Device
