Dna60 auto fire?

At a loss so I’ll just post my issue here.  I have a dna 60 that is fine all day but when I wake up it’s auto firing and I can’t get it to stop.  It DOES have secondary fire button (which I have temporarily removed) and Ive  even gone ahead and removed the cap and silicone button in tact switch on the main board .  She still will auto fire even with no button.  Next step, I thought it must be the board so I swapped it with another . Worked perfect for a week now this board doing the same thing .   I did put the same theme and firmware on the new board (idk if that makes a difference) but even with the new boards buttons discoed the same thing is happening.  Suggestions on where to focus now ?

It’s an Astro by mission Xv .  At first I thought it was a stray wire or bad solder connection( I’m still convinced something is shorting) it’s just so odd that it will work perfectly fine all day then auto fire in the middle of night when no one is using it

Oh man! Those are so sweet! They use that double firing switch design. I'd be looking there for your short. Maybe just disassemble it and repositioning things and put it back together might be all that is needed.

And Wayneo's idea isn't bad either if that is still an option.

It is the day one version from 2022.  It’s sweet but it’s also my daily driver.  I don’t want to send it unless I have no choice.  I swapped the chip again and it’s working fine again.  I still didn’t see any obvious shorts.  Idk , we will see if it stays working this time.  I’m not convinced but I am hopeful .  Thanks guys
