Dna250c led light diagnosis code

Okay so I have 2 different dna250 devices that use lipo packs. The batteries accidentally got drained down to zero percent. Now when I plug them in the led turns red, then green and off after that and the device doesn't charge. Can someone tell me what the led code represents? Also how do I fix this? Will the battery recovery in escribe fix this? The batteries are hard wired into the devices so I can't just pull them and charge externally. Thanks for your help!

With default settings red means charging and green is charging finished. Using EScribe's Device Monitor check the voltage on each cell and post it back here. Or better yet post a screen shot of Device Monitor like this one.
