BillW50
Unfortunately I can't see the video under Edge or Firefox. Can you describe this looping?

I can't adjust the wattage. It auto scrolls from 8.5W to 1.0W everytime until stuck and i can't press anything. There's Another text loop like this, if i press up button, then the screen move to the wattage loop again and again until stuck and i had to remove battery before i start again
BillW50
I'd check if there is any juice damage on the board, if it were mine. If it looks good, I'd Submit a ticket.
Wayneo
With that screen and buttons exposed, does it still loop if you push on the up/down actuators like that? Like @BillW50 alluded to, did you have any leaks? And lastly, if you start Device Monitor, can you do a printscreen for us. Edit: On the very bottom line you should see a label 'Buttons' and if it's sticking you'll either see up/down.

Dang! As @Wayneo had mentioned, open EScribe's Device Manager and at the bottom it will tell you if any keys are pressed. There shouldn't be if you are not pressing them. But that is out for now without a cable.

BillW50
That USB board looks like from a SXK BB. It would work if it was connected correctly to a DNA60.

BillW50
The USB board, the three wires on top. White goes to 15, red goes to 14, and black goes to 13 on the DNA board. The thick black goes to 10 and the thick red goes to 9. 11 and 12 on the DNA board isn't used.
BillW50
You shouldn't need the two thick black and red wires to be connected. They are just for charging and not needed for EScribe. Edited October 21, 2022 by BillW50

BillW50
Some people just put the wires through the holes without soldering. As long as it is making a connection and you don't bump it, should be ok. I wouldn't try updating the firmware though. One slight intermittent connection might brick the board. But other things besides uploading settings should be fine.
Wayneo
I dunno @BillW50. To my old failing eyes, that looks like an SXK unit with a blob of solder in Pin 15. Maybe @Razanpradana97 can clarify.
BillW50
Yes, it sure looks like it @Wayneo and pin 14 too.
Wayneo
@Razanpradana97 the only thing we care about is that you have an evolv board in your device and pinpointing the issue.
