NEW USER Hadron Plus - Cotton burning

Hi guys. i recently brought the harden plus, since my purchase, my coils seem to be burning my cotton in a day or 2 at most. Im very confident at building. I am trying to figure out why so was wondering if I had to do anything to the mod (update it or something as i havent plugged it into a computer since purchase). I am using it with the dead rabbit v3 if thats any help. Any help or advise would be much appreciated

Watch that video on DNAs, as some terminology will be new to you.

Are you in a non TC profile such as 'watts' ? If you are, do what you'd normally do -> turn the watts down.
