Seeing Check Battery message.  Take out the batteries and check the voltage of each battery with a meter.  What is the voltage of each?  

Have you got another set of batteries to try?   

When batteries get too low they will not charge inside the device.  

Any more information you can give?

With fully charged batteries in the device what are the voltage readings and % of charge showing in Device Monitor within EScribe?

@Habubi Look at cell 2 in your video, that battery is showing like 2.8v (can't tell from fuzzy video, PRINTSCREEN would have been better.

Did this just start?

Did you have any leaking?

Could it be that you have a bad or broken connection in the battery tray or juice leaking onto the board?  Can you use a meter and check the voltage at the wires going to input connections going to the board at B- and B+?  See diagram in pdf linked here:

Hi,

Had this same issue. Went into Options - User Interface - Clicked Advance.  Went to the Mod tab and then the Battery tab and set Type to 2-cell and uploaded the changes.

mine shows and accurate percentage now.
