Lostvape Dna250 won’t turn on

Hello.

So I have charged my dna250 for almost a year using usb was working fine no problems. I decided to charge the batterys with an external charger. When I put the batterys in the mod it did not turn on anymore. I was taking the batterys out and tried to put the batterys in a few more times. I got it turned on a few times now it will not turn on anymore. Was working and then stopped working. Replaced the fuse nothing changed, plugging usb in won’t do anything. Can’t figure out whats wrong with the dna. Sorry for my bad english.

Will it connect to escribe? If 'yes', can you post a 'printscreen' of 'Device Monitor'

Just used the batteris in another mod. They worked.

Connected the chip to psu and it does work.

With those varying voltages shown for each cell, could there be eliquid in there? I'd really check/clean all contacts, then open the ticket like @retird suggested.

I think I found the problem and Im very pissed. Same problem as wismec rx2/3.

At least it's only a simple solder job, which is much less time consuming to repair, compared to sending it to the US for service. Looks like the old battery tab connector wire. Glad you found it.

I live in Estonia and we got the new law for ecogatettes. Don’t even know if they repair them anymore here. Can’t send it out of country according to the law.
