Hi Everyone

i Purchased the brand new DNA250 TRiDE because i wanted to use this mod in temp control at most accurate.

i am using vape wire 316L from carzywireuk, ss430 from geekvape both are 26 AWG.

i Downloaded the the csv of 316L AND SS430 and added in material tab in escribe.

now.... i wanted to add the TCR value for 316L as 0.00092 , for SS430 i wanted to add 0.00138 by using the action button in escribe

but i cant able to change the TCR for each material on the mod tab ..when i change the tcr value it changes to all material.

so please any one suggest me what is the ISSUE or how to change the tcr value for each material ??

i wanted to vape with temp control and when there is no liquid in the cotton i wanted the dna to protect my cotton.

also i heard SS430 will do better temp control so i purchased and i keept it.

please suggest me what is best settings for both wire in escribe... i will use just single spaced coil build for all my set up.

thanks in advance.

Everything's done on the Materials tab, then upload settings to device. So at the end of it all, you'll have 2 for 316L, and 2 for 430.

There is no overall best. Start at 400F and work your way up or down. Adjust preheat values if you want quicker/slower time to reach temp.

Hi ,

Thanks for your response, in material tab I have addeded the CSV file for both material and added to the device .

But after adding the material in the device , how to the change the TCR VALUE for each material ?? . when I select the 316L and Click action>temperature coffin cent approximate> if I dial TCR value and check other material like SS430 the TCR is getting apilled for both , when click the SS430 >Click action button and the value shows the same as in for 316L , I mean the TCR value,

Another question ,

Can I dial the TCR value in that.CSV TCR ??

OR I CAN JUST DIAL TCR ??

Tcf ,tfr same ?

Regards,

Abdul

So at the end of it all, you'll have 2 for 316L, and 2 for 430.

Different but similar. TFR's usually have multiple data/measurement points. TCR's just a calculated value over the same range. But both always rise.

TFR's from Steam-engine, TCR's added as a new material, then the TCR value.

It is not actually applying the same value to all materials, but rather showing you the last TCR value that you input. After having input the .00092 for 316L & then going to 430, it is showing you the same value that you input for 316L..if you click ok..THEN it will apply the same value. If  you input the value for 430 & click ok, it will apply that value to your 430 material profile. If you will check the curve of the different materials, you will see the difference...

Hi ,

Many Thanks to all the hearts helping me and giving the information.

Now I understand TFR CSV from steam engine is different and inputing the TCR value will add as new material .

as I understand I can create a new material and input TCR for 316L as 0.00094. and use it for temp control.

Or I can just use CSV from steam engine tfr for the material , if I tune the TFR in this CSV that will create as modified normal TCR material .

Am I correct ??

Thanks a lot guys....

Yes...You can either create a new material profile using the TCR value, or modify the .csv by inputting the TCR value, or create a profile for each, which was @Wayneo was referring to above...

Thank you so much Guys , this post above will be useful for many ppl like me. Thank you once again.

Now all I m going to do with playing with 316L and ss430.

Regards,

Abdul
